It's has everything to do with economy and rest of the issues we're in. People didn't just give up on sports because they not interested in NFL.

Except more people tuned in to watch the Saints/Bucs game than the mighty Cowboys on SNF. What does that say? :wink:

People have a lot of serious issues on there mind at the moment. MLB winding down, NHL and NBA playoffs going on and I'm sure with the air quality and fires on the west coast had some to do with it as well. MLB had to cancel Seattle vs. San fran because of bad air quality. A lot going on these days. Everything will bounce back in a few weeks.

People are staying home more so ratings should be ok, and they are ok for the most part. just cowboys and rams are average teams that don't have clout to attract fans.
