Next year, no. But this year, with an injured Durant, a young celtics and heat team and a powerful bucks team; yes we had a chance. We still would've had to beat the Lakers but with his help, we could've done it.

It did take some crazy Kawhi performances for us to win it all but at the same time he should have taken into consideration how the team stepped up in the bucks and warriors series.

We would have competed every year with Kawhi. Especially now that super teams are all gone and it’s just teams with dynamic duos now.

We went 53-19 without him. 1 more year of championship experience. We had the chemistry and everything. He could have load managed and been fresh for the bubble playoffs. He really screwed up imo. Toronto was the better fit.

The man just wanted to go home badly. Dont think he expected things to go the way they did so he got stuck. Obviously he made a horrible choice because who the hell doesn't run it back after a championship.

If clippers don't win championship next year, kawhi will leave for sure considering their lack of assets to improve their roster.

When that happens, Kawhi will have piissed off three fanbases (SAS, TOR, LAC).

We didn't have winners like Lou Will, Pat Patterson and Ivica Zubac. Clearly the Clippers are better than us in so many ways.

Best part was that the Clippers initial plan was to get KD or Butler with Kawhi. Instead they had to get desperate and overpay to land PG or Kawhi was going to the Raps/Lakers.

They had to give up more assets for an inferior wingman for Kawhi.

Their master plan with Butler + Kawhi would’ve been way better for their team this year and long term.
