The easy answers is fire Doc. It's been a constant issue with his teams and clearly will not change.

Other than that, they're kind of stuck in a lot of ways. They should be looking to buy as many picks as they can with Ballmer's money to add some depth instead of handing guys like Morris big deals.

I think GSW would def do it and LAC would as long as Kawhi is cool w it. I think theyd be confident enough in their own improvement that they wouldnt be worried about how theyre helping the other. The wet blanket thrower in this case is WAS. I think this is fair value for Beal but shaking him loose from WAS this offseason will be nigh on impossible IMO. They seem to be clinging to Wall-Beal fantasies

For all the talk about how centres are getting devalued in the modern game: if you don't have someone who can match up with Jokic or AD, you're going to have a hard time getting out of the West.

Today was just a bricklaying competition (PG and Kawhi combined for 10-for-38...ewwww) and I wouldn't necessarily overreact to that. But they do need help at the point and they do need upgrades in the power rotation.

I keep coming back to something like this:

Clippers S&T Morris to Philadelphia (say $17M/per), S&T Harrell (say $14M/per) to some team preferably that has capspace (someone can toss in a 2nd for the favour), in exhange for Horford and Rose
Sixers trade Horford and future protected 1st for S&T Morris, ~$10M TPE. They would have to worry about the hard cap but they do reduce salary too.
Team X gets Harrell for free, maybe sends small expirings back if they have to, or can get tipped a 2nd if they use all capspace.
Pistons trade Rose, get capspace or expirings from Team X, plus the pick from Philly.

The amount each guy gets paid in the S&T could vary; as long as the total is over $30.2M in year 1, the matching works.

Kawhi should've stayed in Toronto. That team is so much more well built than the Clippers. Rockets and Clippers are over their heads into star chasing and now they're a mess. Nobody does star chasing like LeBron.

Beverly and Green to Atlanta for Dedmon, Atl plays the field for a back up center to Cappela, -Noel, Kanter, Len, Thompsun etc. Atlanta needs a Def guard next to Tre and a banger to back up Collins at the 4. Green's range up to 3PT, will be appreciated. The clippers get a 5, that has shown some range.
