Doc Rivers will return as head coach of the Los Angeles Clippers next season, sources tell Chris Haynes of Yahoo! Sports.

A major reason why Kawhi Leonard chose to join the Clippers was to play for Rivers.

Rivers has now lost a series in which he was ahead 3-1 three separate times. Rivers also has received criticism for his lack of adjustments in the series.

Just double the best passing big man in the game - super good coaching ... not ... usually van gundy really pulls his punches when it comes to criticizing coaches but he and marc jackson seemed to be wondering aloud what the hell river’s strategy was
