This is the Eastern conference against a Riley team. Every team he has had besides the "show time "Lakers has been about toughness.

I'm more worried about Celtics RealGM freaking out when we fall behind by 8 points in the 2nd quarter than the Celtics actually losing the game.

Theis on Bam (went scoreless and had 3 TOs against Theis)
Kemba on Jae (avoid switching AMAP)
Smart on Jimmy (his ball denial alone will burn some clock)
Jaylen on Dragic (PnR will be tricky but I'd rather put him onball than off)
JT on Robinson/Herro (length on shooters; can't gamble too much though)

If Kemba gets caught on Bam/Jimmy, switch out if possible.

Would LOVE to see a huge game from Kemba and a 20 pt. beatdown but feels like another wild game that will come down to the final possession ...

We are more talented and can rip off points against their D much easier than they can score on us BUT they have much betters shooters ...... Miami is a better shooting, less experienced version of us ! This Series is going to stay wild unless Kemba can finally come extra heavy (he is due !!!!) and shut IT DOWN

Showtime Lakers were extremely tough. Riley doesn't coach soft teams.

I feel like the only way you can beat teams like the Heat is if you blow them out. If you get a 10 point lead on them then don't take the foot of the gas (or in the case of Stevens play the bench extended minutes). The fact that their best shooter Duncan Robinson didn't play much in the last game due to foul trouble and yet they won means the Heat can win games while missing major peaces. Kemba has to show up and show up early. Lastly they can't allow Dragic to keep scoring with ease at the rim. Block him, foul him, do whatever you have to keep him from scoring barely contested layups at the rim.

How are we still complaining about Stevens playing his bench? Our top 4 guys played at least 43 of the possible 53 minutes in game 1 after each averaging 40 mpg in a 7-game series vs. TOR. Our starters aren't cyborgs. Until Hayward is back, get used to Semi, Grant, and Wanamaker getting minutes.

We lost game one on at the buzzer by a fantastic block. It was about as even a game as you get.
