Yes!
I doubt Toronto loses game one and two at home to Boston in a normal playoff situation. They loss game one by 18+. It has been very unpredictable.

Yes, but there is a limit. 1/$25 is pallatable, but Miami might match that though, especially for 1 year.
It may require a 1/$30, that would leave us with $12 million in cap for the rest of the bench.
