Donte in his two NBA Seasons has 105/330 3ps , that's 31.8% career.
He is not 19, he is not 22, he will be 24 in January...
Divincenzo on his rookie contract is going to cost us $3,044,160 (we could pay 2 vets on minimum or 2 Undrafted FAs)

This is why I asked what's the hype ?
Cause I saw alot here not wanting to include him on some trades.
You answered with RPM and other advanced stats. OK we disagree , keep it polite.

Anyway I think he should be tradeable, and if by the midseason trade period begins he hasn't improve his 3P% he should be traded or gone. For me I would trade him for a 1 or 2 2nd round picks , to pick up some shooters in this draft, on more team friendly rookie contracts.

Same goes for DJ Wilson, unless we play him the 5 or something, they are paid too much to what they provide.
These looks like "overpaid rookie contracts"

I'd be fine including Donte in a trade for a star. Painful, but reasonably justifiable to trade him for a legitimate upgrade in the starting lineup. Trading him for 1 or 2 second round picks is just totally unreasonable IMO. The likelihood of getting a player of Donte's current caliber with a 2nd round pick is extremely low.

These look like "overpaid rookie contracts" to me. The Houston Rockets and Miami Heat are the best at finding and signing UFAs team friendly deals with multiple Team Options... Here we are with Horst, paying his 1st Round Picks multiple millions just to have a chance maybe they break out and he will be considered good at Drafting.

DJ Wilson $ 4,548,280
Donte DV $ 3,044,160

Total ..... $ 7,592,440

This is such a reductive argument. Let's look at an abridged list of 24 year olds you'd have traded for 1 or 2 second round picks governed by this logic:

Kyle Lowry
Jimmy Butler
John Stockton
Chauncey Billups
Gary Payton
Sam Cassell
Kemba Walker

If you're letting clusters of Hall of Famers slip through the cracks you should probably reevaluate your methods.

I say we bring back the gang. Delly, Henson, Wood, Knight, Thon (RFA), Dudley, and MCW will all be available. Run it back.

Was looking at some pictures of "the wall" against Giannis. Man itd be nice to have a couple athletes on the team who could backdoor cut for alley-oops.

No , but hell yeah to bring Jabari back.

Do you remember Michael Beasley (MIL edition) ?

Well a scoring punch coming off the bench like him could help alot

Jabari can fill that role

It's funny to say he's not 22 (I said 'like 22' because I didn't look it up. 23 is like 22 and he played part of last year at 22) because he's actually 23 but then try to claim him as 24 out the other side of the mouth. He needs to improve his shooting, no doubt, that's his clear issue. He nails everything else on the court though. That said, hes basically our only tradeable asset other than picks, so I totally get having to include him in an upgrade trade.

There's no way any sane person should explore trading him just for late picks. The chances of getting a player even at his current level on the pick is very low. And that's before factoring in improvement for him, if he goes from low 30s on 3s to 37ish you're set as exactly what you need. His form is good, it can easily happen. And don't forget he was basically a rookie this year since he lost a year due to injury, there is a very good chance for improvement from him. And even if the shot stays blah, he's a great winning rotation player.
Resident Lillard truther since 2015.

Why exactly are the Wizards trading a player who is 2 years younger and $6M a year cheaper for Middleton?

Sacramento seems likely to make some moves:

McNair will also have a number of other personnel decisions to make. Kings point guard De’Aaron Fox is eligible for a max extension, guard Bogdan Bogdanovic will be a restricted free agent and forward Nemanja Bjelica’s $7.15 million contract will become guaranteed if he is not waived before the start of free agency. McNair may also have to decide what to do with guard Buddy Hield, who signed a four-year, $86 million extension in October but has been unhappy since coach Luke Walton moved him into a backup role.

Jabari has a $6M player option that he is surely going to be picking up

After remembering the broken on court chemistry between him and Giannis, and the organization, I'd be shocked if he ever returns.

They only way we will get better is if we can somehow surround Giannis with two other All NBA defenders and an All-Star who can arguably be an All NBA player.

Seems like Jabari should be 35, not 25. He's younger than Giannis. I'd take him back if he'd be ok with a limited role/limited salary off the bench, which I don't think he would be, at least not here. His player option is $6.5 million.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Buddy’s contract is grotesque but he would make us way more difficult to guard. Wish he were a better dribbler.

If you've ever lied about your age, there's a spot on the Bucks roster for you.

Small deal, but I’d love to send Robin home to Disney World for Khem Birch. Birch is better, cheaper and his wife is Greek.

Bucks: Seth Curry, Patty Mills
Mavs: Eric Bledsoe
Spurs: Delon Wright, DJ Wilson.

Pop does right by Patty by giving patty a shot to contribute on a title contender. Spurs get younger, commit to their current guards. Mavs get a talent upgrade, we get a fit upgrade. Keep the #24 pick or package it with Ersan/Robin.

Patty, Hill, Curry and Donte can all play together at both guard spots. They can’t all go cold at the same time.
