he's about to go from hardly making the playoffs to winning a title. he's not leaving.

I like everyone making it fact that the Lakers are winning. Gonna be sweeter when they get upset.

How have they underachieved? Not many people saw a 20PPG scorer in Brown coming out, and definitely not this quickly. No one expected Tatum to be this good this quickly, a lot of that credit goes to Stevens and his staff. He's dealt with catastrophic injuries and helped his team improve year after year.

Too bad for all the good Ainge* has done, he hasn't found Stevens a reliable rim protector.

Are we sure about that?
When Brown was scoring in lower numbers, all that got mentioned was he was a great athlete and needed time to develop.
He got time, and developed.
Kudos for the Celts for being patient and doing it, but he was drafted 3rd overall for a reason.

It was kind of seen as a bit of a reach at the time

Not a huge one, but he could've gone anywhere from 3 to 7 or 8 as the draft class was seen as pretty weak after Simmons/Ingram

Wasn't like how last year RJ was absolutely going 3rd if Memphis took Morant 2nd, it was like how De'Andre Hunter went 4th though you could've made the case for anyone in the rest of the top 10 to go there at the time.

Wrong draft class. He was in the fultz draft class and he def wasnt a reach in that one.

I remember back before their college seasons started I saw Simmons and Brown being ranked 1 and 2 in most mock drafts. Brown then slipped and I saw him being at about 7 in the updated mocks with Bender and Dunn rated above him. I recall Celtics fans being pissed they did not make it to the Top 2 in the 2016 lottery when Ingram made it a two-man draft with him and Simmons.

That 2016 draft ended up being underrated. I have a feeling the 2020 class will be the same.

I just crossed paths with Cheik Diallo. Walked into a place for some take out and there's a huge dude waiting there but we all have masks on so couldn't really tell who it is. While we're waiting I say you look like you could play pf for the suns. He says I do. Haha.

So we chat a little about the team, the bubble then since the food comes I wish him luck and say the team gave fans hope for the future with how they played in the bubble. He thanks me and says he loves it here he'll stay if he can.

I’m surprised they didn’t start with that. Vogel is a bonafide idiot if he keeps Mcgee on Jokic

for me:
1. Lebron (always hated him, his complaining....)
2. THJ (his shimmy after one good quarter while shooting 39/30 splits for a team 20 games under .500... incredible)
3. Randle (his last season, I just have no words)
4. Harden (just don't like watching him dribble for 20 seconds)
5. KD (like his playing, but his weak ass FA moves... come on)

Oh, negativity, how beautiful, that’s right down my alley
