Buchholz sent to the bullpen
According to Buster Olney. They want to limit his innings.

Not too surprising, but I'm not sure it's a good role for him. He has always gotten stronger as the games went on and struggled (a little, nothing too bad) in the one relief appearance he made at Portland. That said, they really didn't have much of a choice with how close he is to his innings limit.

Nope, Clay already rules.

"Buchholz Stole Laptops From His High School"
Good job, RealGM. Let's see if you can drop some more knowledge from 2003. I hear the Buccaneers beat the Raiders.

That was last year...you're all sounding like it's 10 year old news. The kid's immature.
It was at least 4 years ago. Probably closer to five and a half.

Actually, you're wrong. The article in the Globe that RealGM quotes is from last year, his acts are from several years ago like BG says. How many kids are mature at about 18 years old?risktaker91 wrote:-= original quote snipped =-

How many people have stolen something before? I have and I'd imagine a ton of people have, even if it isn't something as expensive as 20 laptops.cmaff051 wrote:How many kids steal 20+ laptops when they are teens... not many.
He did something dumb, he learned his lesson, he hasn't done it ever again and with how much money he's going to make...will never do it again unless he is a (Please Use More Appropriate Word).
Non-issue, but I'm sure glad it was an issue at the time draft or he almost definitely wouldn't be a Red Sox.

Its really not your business what he stole 5 years ago. He paid the price for what he did. I'd be more concerned about people who do something wrong and never suffer the consequences of it. (i.e Giambi, Sheffield, ARod?)
His callup dashed NY's chances of a division win though, I guess thats why this would be big news for NY fans

Well, as a public figure, it's not not our business what he stole.
