Yeah, this is weak... I came here expecting this thread to be dominating the GB right now, instead I find fools still arguing about the refs in the Lakers/Nuggets series... Damn you Silver!

I went back 4 pages and didn’t see anything? Why is a Lakers mod changing the topic to Lakers?

There are people talking about the scheduling and you’re calling them fools?

It was a joke, referring to the thread below this one where people are arguing about officiating that happened 10 years ago... My way of saying this 4 day break sucks...

What has impressed me the most with the Heat is the fact they make high degree difficulty shots look easy and kinda make them on regular basis.

I admire the grit and the no-quit attitude of their team.

It's obviously because they want to get the two series on schedule with each other. WCF Game 3 tonight evens up the two series between them, then they start alternating back and forth again. I think it's dumb because one series might end up being a lot shorter than the other, but that's why they did it.

My understanding is that ESPN has the exclusive rights to the ECF whereas TNT has the WCF.

On Monday ESPN had MNF and tonight (Tuesday) an MLB double-header... they're (ESPN) just navigating around the other sports that are at an incubating state of their respective seasons. Particularly when there wasn't much harm kicking G4 of the ECF two nights considering they were already ahead of schedule. Given that tonight wouldn't have been a closeout game, there was little reason to override the MLB games (even if they are boring)

There's no conspiracy here, just juggling scheduling.

Tony B and Scott F will be reffing. I'll be in shock if the Cs win this. I'm expecting a ton of fouls on both sides as these guys are very trigger happy.
Good assessment:

I dont get it, why do you guys whine about the refs. It's not like you are in a foreign country market. For what reason would the NBA un-favor the Celtics and keep there be a Boston - LA matchup?

I think we're like 16-3 or 16-6 when Tony refs, every time there are a ton of favorable calls for the other team. I'm not blind guessing here. I might be wrong tho, we will see. Regarding the fouls(both teams), I can't say that I'm 100% sure, but I whenever these guys ref, there are fouls, especially Brothers. Brothers actually "missed" the call in game 6 against you guys, which then the league admitted to being a foul in their reports.

They're surely eager to end things as soon as possible this year.

You mean 3-16 not the other way around. Our record is abysmal with him reffing. These things can’t be coincidence

Gotta admit seeing the Lakers drop a game makes me feel a bit better about the Heat dropping game 3.
