Guys like Haliburton and Vassell will be long gone. Really believe Kira Lewis Jr on a team with Walker, Smart, Brown, Tatum, Hayward, Theis and RW3 would be absolutely lethal.

If the Celtics get Lewis Jr then definitely go for versatile defensive bigs at 26 and 30

Just for the record I think Vernon Carey is going to be good in the NBA and I have no facts to prove it. I'm probably the only Celtics fan on the board that thinks so lol

Of those five players, I go Bey.

For the 26-30 area, I probably go Paul Reed.

(also, I presumed Vassell is top 10. He's my guy if eligible)

Edit to add: but I trust Danny + co. My top priority is getting a big. If they feel they can get Nnanji/Oturu/Carey later and have them ranked equal or above Precious, then S. Bey or Kira with 14 Is fine by me. Bey looks like a baby Paul Pierce (not expecting a similar career arc). Looks like the next Grant Williams in terms of being ready to play pro defense against anyone right off the bat. I can definitely see Danny thinking he’d fit right in with our guys. If they draft him they should have Adam Silver simultaneously announce that they are cutting Semi Ojeleye.

I like Kira. His game looks a bit like Terry Rozier though and that’s nothing I found myself missing this season. I’d rather draft wings and bigs, but if they like him and don’t think Wanamakethefinals will be back, go for it.

obviously some of these players we pick may not be there.. But nothing is guaranteed either way..

he would be in my top 5 in the whole draft IF he proves he can shoot, and I mean really shoot.. as of now he looks like a bit of a shooting project..
