I think it would be difficult to try and trade for Garland. He's a good young prospect with upside. I think Cleveland would jump at the chance to move Sexton for an upgrade somewhere else, but I have zero interest in him and I hope the Bucks don't either.

I don't think NOLA trades Redick, for what it's worth. I think he finishes his career there.

They've got young talent, pieces to move and I think by the time he's ready to retire could potentially be knocking on the door. Not to mention there is Duke alum all over the place and I think he embraces being the veteran voice of reason more than ring chasing.

Then who wouldn't feel pretty damn great about that core of guys going into the playoffs? Add an athletic, plus-defender combo-guard or versatile wing, and I don't see a whole lotta flaws in that roster if they're all healthy. That's the dream offseason for me right now.

Not really adding much athleticism, speed or size. That is an old ass back court and rotation is slow too. Unless Donte turns into a legitimate starter I'm not really into it at all. Redick is better than Korver but I wouldn't bring him in with the hope of being anything more than what Korver was for us this year. He should be seen as a luxury piece.

TJ Warren & Will Barton are two more low radar options we should explore

Warren isn't a buy low any more and why are we giving Jimmy even more incentive to go HAM against us?

We lost from a really good team ... Jimmy, Dragic and Bam are their big 3 ... we fell too short to match them, and their rookies/young perimeter players were shooting like Steph Curry.

Overall a really well balanced team orchestrated by Spo ... we had Budenholzer who just copy pasted Regural Season X&Os and expected to work.... ****

All I want to say is that we didn't lost from Jimmy

That part was just a joke. I would take Warren if a trade makes sense, but if we're making a trade with the Pacers, I would much rather go after Oladipo.

Your weekly reminder that it took teams 7 years to figure out that Jrue Holiday is a 2-guard because he's not a good lead guard or offensive initiator/play-maker, despite what the box score assist numbers say. It's not quite a "we should get Avery Bradley to be our starting PG" RealGM Bucks board level bad idea, but more "Al Horford can totally still play PF".

I think the Bucks need a starting 2.

Reddick is still very good. he's been a core rotational piece every year for a playoff team. And he was clearly still good with NO this year. Sure it's best to not rely on him for 35 mins but easily he's a rotation piece and would be perfect for Giannis. he might only have 1-2 years left though

Hield is so trash as a defender but man is he perfect for what we need on offense.

I'm not particularly excited about this offseason. If Giannis signs a long term deal, I'll obviously be thrilled because that's the most important thing. But I'm not really confident that we're going to see upgrades brought in.

Eh, all the metrics paint him as being fine on the defensive end and he keeps himself in great shape. He's still a floor-tilting presence with his off-ball gravity and still arguably the best catch & shoot guy in the league. Donte will play plenty, and I wouldn't rule out Bud giving him the "starting" SG spot, at least in title, anyways. Slide Redick down to SF when you go small.

I think we'll begin starting our best SG, which will make the position look much stronger. Donte will have a big year.
