Denver's not gonna keep missing these looks. The zone is not working.

Vogel is gonna have to make some serious adjustments. This game is in jeopardy.

They’d be really scary with a healthy Barton

This air ball from the 3 by Millsap made me remember that game he scored 3 3 pointers in a row against the Heatles to give us a win

Nuggets got the Lakers figured out lmao. Lakers gonna have to keep getting garbage buckets and transition looks. Hopefully wear em down by the 4th quarter. If there's no schematic answer to stopping them from good looks, the Lakers might get past the Nuggets this year but they're gonna get cooked from next year on. Jamal Murray is giving me Derrick Rose vibes in terms of how unstoppable he seems.
LeBron's NBA Cup MVP is more valuable than either of KD's Finals MVPs. This is the word of the Lord

This zone is preventing LA from getting anything easy at all. LeBron has to keep settling for these garbage step back long twos. And AD has had to make some extremely difficult mid rangers. I can't see Denver continuing to shoot 31% on these wide open threes on the other end.

If Vogel doesn't make an adjustment this one is over.

He looks a lot better to me scoring wise. His jumpshot it at legendary level right now.

Less athletic tough. But that's not saying much, since Rose was athletic AF.

I am not happy with Lebron right there

You need to get a 2 for 1 off and instead he dribbles dribbles dribbles and takes an F- shot and we don't even get the 2 for 1

Vogel should rip Lebron for that

DG useless

KCP has been awful on both ends

We got outplayed that Q badly

Lebron better be storing his energy for this half.

Jamal Murray is a legit all star in the west now

That would be using AD the wrong way. Also the Lakers want to play big. With Howard also in the game... I guess it wouldn't work.

LeBron in the post is great, but it's when teams start doubling him that he is at his best. The Lakers haven't got the shooters to put LBJ in that position, even when he goes out there without AD.

Who is gonna knock down the jumpers? Rondo? Caruso? McGee? Dwight?

Lakers up 5 but that must've been demoralizing, feels like they're getting outplayed.

Idk why LeBron isn't driving it against Jokic. What happened? And what happened to the D in the second, feels like they had 3 breakdowns in the first (Jokic to an open cutter that KCP failed to cover, couple of wide open 3s) and way more in the second, even though Denver scored less

On the bright side - Lakers have a ton of good looks themselves and aren't converting. They seriously need more shooting next year to not get run over by this looming juggernaut.

Denver shooting 18/23 from 2, and 59% overall. That can't be sustainable.
