Last year at this time "Baby its cold outside" was being called a horrible song that was promoting sexual predators/assaults and was teaching boys its ok to be that way. That it was an example of "Rape Culture".

This year "WAP" is at the top of the billboards.

New season of fargo with Chris rock is more interesting than s3 already, so there's that.

Mac Davis is reported to be seriously ill. He wrote the Elvis classic In The Ghetto, a 1969 song that is at least as true today. But he is perhaps best known for Exculpatory's theme song "It's Hard to be Humble".

Banned temporarily for, among other sins, being "Extremely Deviant".

I hated this when it came out, then I saw the error of my ways. Still very cool after 25 years.

I think it was Alison Brie who had recommended "After Life" here. I have to agree with her, it's good stuff, binge-worthy. I love all the secondary characters, in particular the shrink and the postman. The casting is exceptional.

Looking forward to season 3.

Re-watching Coach Carter.

Coach Carter: What you achieved is that ever elusive victory within...
RealGM, probably: LOL Coach, you're so full of crap. What you talking about? We **** lost. You should get fired.

Was coming to post this too. And agreed, **** you 2020.

Van Halen was my first favourite band as a kid, and this was the first tape I ever owned my own copy of:

Unfortunately the only time I got to see them live in Australia was just after Sammy Hagar had left and the forgettable Gary Cherone period began. It was still amazing to see them live though. I had Live Without A Net on VHS and must have watched it about 1000 times.

Two reinterpretations of a trashy song. Suddenly it's good.

Oh, it gets worse lol.

I can't believe any of those guys are even still alive. Can't believe it even got made. Apparently, the release was delayed over national security concerns before Amazon went forward anyways? And that crazy Godoy guy pulled a gun on the director during their first interview?

I've been obsessed with the Kiki story for years. Don Winslow also fictionalizes it in his novel 'The Power of The Dog'.

But this documentary is bonkers. I don't know what prompted these guys to talk. They do not **** around in Cartel land.
