It's not overreaction.
You need to hold everyone accountable top to bottom in your organization.
If you can't trust your star player because he has mental issues or whatever is wrong with KAT you will never have a successful team.

It's been very obvious for a while now KAT only cares about his individual statistics, his defensive effort and progress has been putrid, has shown little to no leadership abilities on an off the court.

Guy needs to be traded. Period.

KAT losing his mom really does worry me though. Just seems like he would take it very hard, especially under the circumstances. When it happened I just got this bad feeling it would change him fundamentally. Wouldn't be shocked if it has pushed him to want a new beginning or something.
