Nice time to find that J again.

38 points. Wanna see him get to 40. 40 point triple double in an elimination game will look nice.

Crazy how up and down his jumper has been just during this series alone.

Jumper is back at the right time.

And that ends Denvers elimination game streak too. Closeout Bron too strong

Utterly unstoppable when the jumper is falling. If you're the Nuggets I guess you have to live with that, but guy's red hot - how do you leave him open??

Greatest to ever do it. Cooked the Pistons in the conference finals in 2007, cooked the Nuggets in the conference finals in 2020. GOAT James.

10th finals, closing out an incredible team at age 35. Let's make sure we appreciate this in the moment, guys.

LBJ didn't even try to get 40 points in the last two minutes!

LeBron's jumper comes and goes, but my question is where the **** was that double screen and roll all series? They generated quality looks every time down the floor and put real pressure on the Nuggets' defense. Turns out making LeBron the fulcrum and giving him the option to read and react to the defense is a good thing

I guess that was the extra gear he was talking about lol

LeBron is now 38-10 in closeout games, the best in NBA history. I think Horry has 40 series wins and Fisher 39. I don’t think anyone has more though Kareem would have most likely and more if they payed more rounds in the ‘70s and early ‘80s

LeBron, 38-10
Duncan, 35-14
Wade, 22-9
Shaq, 33-14
Jordan, 30-13
Kareem, 37-16
Magic, 32-14
Durant, 21-10
Kobe, 33-16
Bill Russell 25-16
Bird, 22-17
Dr. J, 24-21
Curry, 19-9
Kawhi 17-10
Hakeem, 16-10
Wilt, 18-17
K. Malone, 19-24

Yeah for all the talk about LeBron just needing to hit his jumper (and he did need to make some of those jumpers) I thought there was a lot to be desired from how the Lakers used ball screens this series. They really improved in that area this game and it paid off.

Fun series, Nuggets never quit and put up a very good fight, but with Lebron and AD Lakers just have too much talent. Nuggets will almost certainly prove to be the toughest series in the playoffs for the Lakers though.

Yeah wouldnt be surprised by a sweep in the finals

I called Lakers going on a 16-4 or 16-3 before the playoffs started and ppl thought i was crazy

Vogel did a really good job and has done a really good job all playoffs in rotations, adjustments, and feeling the flow of the game.

As much as Rondo has played above his regular season level, he’s been -14 in the last two games, games that the the Lakers have won by 16 points in aggregate. I like how he took him out and finished with James at point and defense.
