Also Utah is a different beast with Bojan. If he had been healthy they might have beat the Nuggets in 5 in the first round.

The West is going to be insane next year. Phoenix went 8-0 in the bubble and the Timberwolves have KAT and Russell. If the Thunder keep CP3 the West might have 15 good teams.

BS lebron teams were hated for being cocky and arrogant. From dancing before games with the cavs without winning, to guarantee multiple titles not 1, 2,3 or 4, rings in Miami, to Playoff Lebron activated and missing the playoffs last season when the team was still in contention when he came back from injury.

The big kicker this season was Lebron and China so gtfoh

HAHAHAHAHAHA this is one of the saddest posts in the thread. this is friggin hilarious. nothing better than clowning the Clippers. at least Lebron has backed up his "cocky and arrogant" ways.

Beverly owns the West the next '5' years, according to what Beverly said to Steph Curry

People definitely clowned the Heat after they lost to Dallas. We’ll see if the Clippers can use the humiliation as motivation and respond with a championship.

Don't know if this has been posted--and it's a bit dated (focusing mainly on the Dallas series)--but man, this video had me laughing. (While the whole thing is great, even just the song during the first two minutes or so is worth it.) If you haven't seen it yet, enjoy! :D

RIP magnumt--you're literally why I'm still here on these boards.
RIP The Hater--keep up the good fight in the great beyond.

I don't see the Clippers winning a chip. The Clippers are a second round exit team. I see them going about that far next year also. The entire team including Kawhi was a little over hyped. LeBron is 35 played the whole year and still had another gear. Kawhi is 29 load managed and still looked gassed in the second round.

Can't wait for a special in this and the next season. Other than the HEAT's amazing run, bthis has been the best part for me.

The west is going to be insane next year, but anyone who thinks a deep roster led by Kawhi and PG is in some sort of trouble due to that isn’t thinking clearly. Recency bias is king but the Clips are still going to be one of the 2 favourites to win the conference.

Sure they could, but I would bet on a team that is already built and already a contender like the Clips over an older one that has their key players returning from injury and has an inexperienced and incomplete roster surrounding them. They should be a playoff team but they have a lot of work to do in order to rejoin the contenders.

I would personally bet on Dallas before the Warriors or Nuggets. They are poised to make a leap.

the clipps made Dall look better than they are, Zingis injury woes will always linger and it sounds like they're still gonna wait for 21' to add a major piece

This is about Dallas over talent level and their young core, I could care less about the Clippers series. They will almost certainly be better next season. The question is how much better.

Kawhi uses plausible deniability via this trainer to inform Clippers management he doesn't want Harrell back next season. Why doesn't he just tell management himself? I'm not going to psycho analyze the guy but there is a pattern here.

From earlier in the season:

Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

Yeah no way you can blow a 3-1 lead in the second round to a lower seeded team while healthy and still be considered top two. I think Denver more than proved they are the better team. I can see the Clippers in the 4/5 range next year.

I’m confused about what losing in game 7 the 2nd round has to do with their chances for next season? So it they won one additional game in the playoffs suddenly their a top 2 seed instead of 4-5? That’s a very poor use of probability and sampling my friend

Miami and the Lakers missed the playoffs last year while Portland made the conference finals, and I didn’t see that helping them compete this current season.

The reason the Clippers are still a contender is because just like this current season, they’re going to have elite talent and solid depth again next season. And those are the most important aspects of winning. Everything else is just noise and the precious seasons playoffs rarely mean anything.
