I was actually willing to roll with a Galloway and Shved backcourt the season after that one with a fantasy of a KAT-Melo-Middleton frontcourt.

Probably Tatum or Murray right now. I basically have 2 #1 options on my team :o

to be fair i havent seen enough of tatum...at first glance though murry seems stronger ...

Is Jokic a #1 option though? Didn’t really seem like it in these playoffs

I get what you’re saying. He can be the primary facilitator/ engine of the offense, but not necessarily the guy to put up big points every night.

I also think Murray is a championship level #2 scorer.

Ironically, the #1 guy who’d fit in perfectly is AD. DEN fans kept talking about it last year, with AD being an absolute perfect fit, but they felt their organization wouldn’t bother to call about him b/c they assumed he wouldn’t re-sign.

Talk about a dynasty (if AD stayed after they traded for him). They’d win 5 rings in the 2020s

I thought of them as a dark horse but yeah, they didn't seem interested.

I thought you were watching the games? Yes, they’ve been wearing cheerleading outfits with pom poms.

What a terrible season. All of a sudden Jimmy Butler is my last resort. I don't think he's got that in him, but I also thought he was stupid for going to the Heat in the first place. I like Iggy and Crowder for them too.

miami has a very good team, but butler is just not good enough as a #1 option to beat the lakers.

4-1 LA if miami makes it to the finals.

Think we’re headed for another Celtics-Lakers final.

Tatum might drop a 40 piece.

I'm looking forward to the day in which the Lebron James era is finished with. I just can't stand how the league has to be watered down in order for him to make it to the finals almost every year. It is completely comical that we are going to watch him for the 8th time in the last 9 finals. I thought the Michael Jordan Bulls dynasty was nauseating. Having to now live in the Lebron era is almost as bad as having to stand in a public restroom.

Watered down? He just made the finals in the West which was stacked. The East hasn’t been this good in years.

Maybe he’s actually a great basketball player

Facing a below .500 Blazers team, an overrated Rockets team, an inexperienced Nuggets team.
Not facing the Clippers or a super team like GS of past seasons.
I'm not denying that Lebron is a talented player but he has had an easy road to the finals, not unlike some of his previous years.

Return to New York Knicks
