3 out of 4 years...
This team needs a new voice. They have no one on this roster who has won before. No leadership

37 points in the fourth quarter. What a joke. Lakers about to get one of the easiest titles they have ever gotten. 2020 can’t end soon enough.

17 years here. 1 title.
Time for new blood.
Yep, last chance.
Can’t keep doing this year after year.
He had all the opportunity in the world to fix this bench and sat on his hands and did nothing.
Vincent Poirier and Javonte Green deserved roster spots? Are you freaking kidding me?

Love ya'll. I know I'm a bit pessimist at times but this was a fun season.
No decision to be had on Hayward.
He opts in for another 32+ million and we have no choice.
With that said, I have a hunch he will retire.....

Don't think a mod should use that language TBH.
In fairness the Celtics did play like Simba from the lion king when his father was getting trampled by the wildebeests

Nothing’s guaranteed next year. This team blew an opportunity. Something has to change. Nets will be improved. Sixers will be back. Etc.

Also I never wnat to hear again how Daile Theis is a good enough center. Pick up his option, its only 5 million, but if the Celtics get to the playoffs next year and Theis is still your starting center its a team building failure. It could be RWill taking a leap and grabbing that spot, but it can't be Theis. For most of the year he's good enough, but get late in the year and a lot of good teams have big and you can't scheme around it.
Meanwhile Hayward, wow. Missed first post season with injury. Spent second ne being awful because he was still coming back from injury. This one missed most of it, came back and wasn't right. Its not his fault obviously, and he deserves credit for sticking with the team, but he's making 34.6 million next year and it may be time to move on.
I know our record with him taking 10+ is abysmal, but have we ever won when he's taken 20+? Not all on him, though. If Kemba and Hayward can't be assertive and take more shots, they have to come from somewhere. And Brad's "faith in the players" mentality on offense needs to go. Call the right damn plays. There were no calls down low to Kanter when he's in the game with mismatches, only 4 fourth quarter shots for Tatum in an elimination game, and no lobs to Rob when he's in there. That's 100% a coaching issue.

What a great season it was. That last run killed us.
Jayson Tatum is a superstar. Jaylen Brown is a star. Kemba had a great first year. Theis overachieved. Hayward stunk this game but had a good season overall. Theis was a very good starting center out of nowhere. Grant was a surprise great role player. Kanter played his role pretty well. Timelord had a rough one injury-wise but looked better.
Bam is amazing.
Cs up. Loved this team. Gotta get the bench better in the offseason.
When Bron beats them the story is going to be... He stem rolled a 5th seeded weak Eastern opponent... LOOL watch

Good season. Good run, showed fight, Brad has to be better .
We also gotta pass the ball more. Scal killed the hero ball — he’s right.
Perk killed Danny for not getting someone like Dwight Howard — he’s right.
Got to get stronger and more physical. And we need to get older. No vets. Why the F is our bench filled with young players who can’t play?

Lots of good teams in the East now. Heat, Celtics and Raptors obviously ended the season very close to each other. Bucks, Nets, and Pacers are each strong candidates to be excellent too. Philly a little less so but it's certainly possible.
Pacers I think are a step below us
Raptors are always going to be difficult but Siakam was exposed these playoffs...no doubt he'll work hard on his game and they'll be back sure but another year on those Vet players... OG looks dangerous
Heat will obviously be very good again and then they could sign or trade for a Star
Philly are cooked, they need to do something major
Brooklyn will be good but Durant is going to need a significant amount of time to return and I am doubtful he will come back fully healthy

We needs vets.
Getting a little bit sick of having a liability at the point.
Brads needs to sort his late game offence or we’ll never win anything.
Hayward needs to go.
JB & JT are absolute studs and Smart is ok too.

I just don't know about stevens. He's supposed to be a math guy and to squeeze every bit of talent out of players but when it comes to guys who have legitimate skill I haven't seen anything that suggest that stevens does **** for them.

The Jays were exhausted down the stretch of that game, I’m proud of them for how they played these playoffs.
Kemba, get that knee fixed, I don’t care if you have to miss half of next season to get that thing healthy.
Truly get the knee fixed, especially if the season is starting next year in another bubble or fan-less situation.
I honestly would have sat out the Orlando covid bubble thingamagig if I were him and gotten it fixed, if he has to and surgery is something that could help him.

Re: Post-Game Notes: BOS 113, MIA 125 (2-4)
Spo > Stevens........when we get any momentum going Spo calls a timeout and the heat almost always respond after. I forgot which game it was we went up by 1 late and spo immediately calls a time out and the heat go on a run right after. Too many times are guys are playing like morons and brad takes WAY too long to call a timeout. He let's the players play however they want and does nothing. The guy is not a championship coach. He just lost to a team with less talent than his. I'm done. Overall I feel like we wasted a golden opportunity. Can't just expect to be back here next year. ECF trips aren't givens. Nets will be great next year too assuming they are healthy. Sucks but it's whatever. Here's to second place in the east yet again. Be proud I guess.

Will.be ther first time since KG if he ever did something.
What's the point of posting something so extraordinarily false????
None of his last few 'big' noves have worked out. Lets see.. Kyrie flipped, Kemba is just not good enough, Horford was useless the later the team went in the playoffs, his first round picks recently have been trash. Do you want me to go on? Or how about the lack of bench? The lack of midseason trades? The complete crap that is our coaching staff? The unnecessary Stevens extension??
Your turn...
