No way Warriors trade the 2 for Hayward right?

But could we trade Hayward, our other first round picks, Romeo and I dont care Smart or someone to help with their last run?

Long forgotten name, but number one on my list this summer.. winter? Is working a sign and trade for Davis Bertans. This team needs a stretch 4 in the worst way. Assuming he plays next season he would be the best bet possible for the team.

Myles Turner is a bit of a pipe dream.. I think we’re too handcuffed with larger deals to match salary with anything Indiana would go for.

Kemba, thies, langford, Edwards 14 ,26 for Aldridge, Mills and sumanic and 11

That's a pretty good one to me. One year of Aldridge and we have a chance to add a free agent star to the Jays. I see the pros like this: 1) We'll be much more flexible capwise 2) Even descending Lamarcus might still be a slight center upgrade 3) Decent bench guy Patty 4) Better chance at getting something playable drafting 11th
Cons: 1) Idk, but won't Kemba's departure affect team mentality? We might lose all the positive vibe
2) I don't see other serious cons, except Langford and 14th potentially turning into something big

What do you think about Kemba + picks for Ben Simmons?

I would do it but I doubt Philly does it. I would think Philly trades Embiid before Simmons and the Celtics should be willing to trade Kemba plus picks for either one.

Tbh I'd maybe even try Kemba + Gordon + maybe picks for Ben + Tobi. Okay, Gordon is a great player and injuries are just a bad luck, but meh, after all his overall impact over his 3 years might be even less then what we got from Marcus Morris in 2 years. Not cause Marcus is a better player, but cause he was available. How do they say it? Sportsman's best/main ability is just being able to play and help the team?

You would be correct.

1 yes it would in my opinion I didn't post-it till he asked for it due to your statement. But business is business.
2 I'd add that thies could still get better too so also 14 isn't that much better at 11 but better chance of someone falling at 11 so.

Kemba isn’t getting traded guys so don’t waste your time making up trade offers with him.

Nope, just looking at what would be available...

We can't make a lot of moves apart from dropping some salary and going out and signing vet min and MLE...

So if we were to really try and fill out the roster with more actual proper Vet players you have to trade Hayward or Kemba... Kemba just got here so I don't think he's going.

Hayward with his opt in gives us more options to do a 1 for 2 or 1 for 3 kind of deal depending...

So you start with Kemba/Smart/Brown/Tatum/Adams then Schroder/Theis/GWill + a vet shooter

That's just one thought

So, basically there is nothing that can be done. The same subpar team coming back into a tougher division with Romeo Langford 2.0. That's basically what you're proposing, right? Bc kemba's $ goes up to a pathetic 37M, JB, MS GH all under contractc(including GH at a well earned 32M), JT will get a max extension. More of the same crap, a couple new late first rounders, and basically...... Greg Monroe. That's whst we have cap room to add. Greg Monroe.

We don’t really need anything huge that would involve major salaries, imo. We just need the modern version of trading for Delk and Rodgers. Use our picks, use Langford, whatever. We need veterans on the bench, who can give Stevens more options in tight situations. Kanter is a veteran like that. Good attitude, high energy, great rebounder, but doesn’t work in all situations. We need a couple more speciality vets on the bench. Obviously an all round guy would be great, but those aren’t easy to find or cheap. Find a vet shooter. Find another vet big with a bit more athletic ability to at least stay in front of the Bam’s and AD’s.

This team only goes as far as Tatum and Brown in the end, but some fine tuning would be nice.

Yeah I can get with that too which is why I also could see us pivoting that way...

But if we just draft more rookies and roll it back with some additional rookies that would be a pretty big fail.

Can’t trade the guy a year after he chooses us in free agency, would be a terrible look for future free agents. Smart or Hayward would be the guys to shop, if you cut salary you’d have the mid level to possibly ad someone like Favors or Ibaka,

Prob not unless Brown is going the other way. Is a Tatum/Beal combo better? They are really close so maybe the chemistry is better.

I've been dreaming of the offseason forever, and the more and more I look at it the more this seems to be the best case scenerio.

I would be VERY concerned with a Kemba/ Smart/ Schroder back court shooting us out of games. In fact I'd wish for a Dragic instead of Schroder and have PTSD of a Rozier/Smart backcourt when I see Schroder's name here... All 3 have relatively low career averages for FG and 3 point percentage.

But this would be the dream trade.

Then just convince JJ Reddic or Kyle Kover to come over here to make up for the potential inefficient offense we'd get from our guards there and it's one Jaylen Brown taking that next step to be an ISO scorer or pick and roll scorer away from winning a ring.

Kemba/Schroder
Smart
Brown/Korver
Tatum
Adams/Theis

Again, you'd need Brown to develop into a legit all-star level offensive player to make it work, but if he could that is a team deep enough to be a contender. Sure not the favorites, it's no Heat big 3 or Durant Warriors, but it would have just enough. Kinda a 2011 Mavs sorta way.

Adams has been terrible the last few seasons. Just try to sign Baynes or Ibaka.
