LMAO

I'm telling you it's unnecessarily hard on this forum JLop. I tried both ways and both times this GT got sucked into HerroBallz thread :dontknow: I will go back to the manuals sometime in off-szn after our parade JLop

The point is that this is the Game 1 GT and that's final JLop :x

Well i dont know what to call Jimmy's passive play for most of the series, and i have seen Bam not attacking when he has an Embiid guarding the Rim, I would love for that to stop and attack and put the pressure in the Refs, but lets be honest here, they do not operate very smoothly when you have a quality big guarding the paint. Hopefully this series will be different.

Defense in the modern NBA walks on the perimeter, not the basket. All the Lakers centers will be useless against us. Our shooters will eat them alive and LA will be forced to play small.

Hopefully we can hit our outside shots, otherwise it will get ugly really fast.

The Boston defense and the Los Angeles defense are very different. I think our shooters have a better chance against the Lakers.

Keep up the good work. You probably spend more time overseeing this forum than with your own family. Let's go Heat!

Just looked at the regular szn game stats (2 games) and we did get out rebounded pretty badly.

1st game Heat 37 LA 48 = -11 (L final score 80-95)

2nd game Heat 34 LA 50 = -16 (L final score 110-113)

We committed a lot less TOs to keep the game close (esp. in 2nd game) but it's very hard to win when they get 16 more rebounds than us. Obviously we're playing much better basketball than when we faced them in the regular season, but Spo does have a lot of work to do. We can't just simply play our game against LAL like we did against the Celtics imo

Mia is too small to be competitive on the boards and will have to compensate by shooting a high FG%, getting to the line more, and creating turnovers that lead to fast-break points.

We want to win. I think Pat will come to talk with the team as well. We have great leaders and yes we are underdogs again. They a lot bigger then us and this is why its gonna take a full 48 minutes every game of playing hard as ****, wall up and play with energy. DJJ needs to get some minutes. I hope everybody will box out thie man and that we don't give so many 2nd chance points. Ita gonna be a key as well as the 3 point shooting. Lets go HEAT. I love you all Heat nation!

Ohhh and be aware... Dion Waiters gonna get a RING no matter who wins it. He got some lucky azzz gummy.

I hope the zebras don’t call ticky tacky fouls on Bam. AD is soft and is a known flopper. We have the ability to rough him up and make his life miserable.

Only question is, will the refs allow the physicality?

Well one thing we do have going for us is that LeBron generally doesn't get many calls on the offensive end so at least he won't get every whistle like Kemba or Tatum. The flip side of that is that LeBron can pretty much murder anyone he wants on the defensive end and the refs will swallow their whistles. Should be fun

I also want to openly admit that I was completely wrong about Bam. I spent the first two years of his career calling him Bum Adebayo and comparing him to Tristan Thompson. Somebody should really dig up those posts.

I don't remember who said or wrote it , it said that this was deep and historic final...this not that deep or historic, something special that this team made the finals in the bubble but there has been many teams and many finals in NBA history with a lot of legendary players not only Lebron... stop filling Heat players head with garbage

Im I the only one that's not that scared of the Lakers?
I mean yeah they got LeBron and AD, after that they got a bunch of role players that I don't see how they match up better than our guys.
(Or maybe that's all the hype that's talking right now, I haven't really followed the Lakers play style all season long)
Image

I know there is a pattern that must be followed that goes like this:

Indiana 4-0
Milwaukee 4-1
Boston 4-2
Lakers 4-3

But phhhhhuck that shiiiit!! I got Heat in 6!
I have not watched 15 straight games most of them after 1:30 am to lose to the damn Lakers, I don't care who's on that team!

5 of the 7 upcoming games are at 4:00 am, meaning that I have to go straight to work after the games are over.

So let me share with you these foreign, Greek lucky charms and

LETS
PHUCKING
GO!!!!

I was initially angry at his selection and I called him TT, but not as a diss(never called him a bum, and everyone assumed you were joking just as well). They're very similar in ways that are unique only to them; 6'9 centers that can keep up with guards on the perimeter. I short-changed him based on his resume, but he has a legit handle for a big, can pass/drive, with similar touch and agility to an SF. If he gets a 3 pt shot he's going to be a problem offensively

TT's not trash man, I really wish the basketball world would cease disrespecting the dad bod god like that. Wish we could get TT and Thaddeus Young on Olynyk money this summer to hold up the bench
