Someone mentioned on reddit that we already have out jumpman unis unveiled on a Europe site and some places in the US so maybe it's something else.

It would be soooo cool if we had a nice new jersey (and some other merch, t-shirts, hoodies, stuff like that). Maybe I'm too picky lately, but I haven't really been able to put on a lot of stuff lately. I have some pretty basic black t shirts with the orange sunburst and Phoenix Suns... but that's pretty much it.

Those are very okay. I wish the sunburst had a purple outline or something to make it pop off of the orange jersey a bit more.
Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

I honestly can't tell a difference. Is it just a brand change?

Also, probably means absolutely nothing, but interesting that Saric is in this promo when he's technically a FA.

I'm pretty disappointed that they're bringing these back for another season. In my opinion, these are one of the worst looking jerseys in the entire league.

The Suns as a brand aren't big enough/good enough/desirable enough for a major firm (ie Nike) to spend a lot of resources on any sort of redesign. Doesn't matter how promising we (the fans, let alone the members of this forum) think the teams' core is, there isn't nearly enough national recognition (in spite of the bubble performance) to move the Suns brand towards any of the upper echelons of marketing.

Make enough small changes to differentiate it from the previous version, even if it wasn't your original design, and you'll sell some merch. When (If?) the team is surprisingly good enough to warrant the marketing dollars to do a redesign, the chances are that that team will still be good the following year so they spend the money on the next uniform/logo.

Yeah, these are not my favourite. I mean they look OK for a professional team on the court, but otherwise they are just too orange for the average dude - like myself. Oh well, if we make some noise in the Playoffs next year they might do a bit more conservative re-design as demand would be higher for a good team with a bit more main-stream colour scheme.

Kinda boring. Maybe I've been too used to seeing the sweet colours of the Miami Heat jerseys but this is kind of eh. The jersey is just orange, as if the only colour associated with the Phoenix ever is orange. Where's the black, where's the different shades of purple?

If we had to do predominantly orange, I personally loved the 2000 era orange jersey with the grey sides. It breaks up an otherwise very orange jersey

That variant of the Suns jersey is my all-time fav. The Orange/Gray, Purple/Gray, and White/purple. Wish the team stayed with whoever created that design. The ones since then haven't been good. I used to buy jerseys all the time (even Earl freakin Clark). But since then, I only got Dragic, Bledsoe (when it was only like 10 bucks), and Ayton (black jersey which i liked).

I like the idea, but I don't really love the pixelated look.

That's somewhat like the design we were drawing up before..with the sunset. I'd much prefer that to the Los Suns as alternates. Though I imagine if we did have one like this we would still have Los Suns.

And I'm sure this Leezus guy is just posting a pic that someone came up with.

Something about those just bugs me... the fonts don't look like they match and don't really go with the pixelization, plus just saying "the valley" makes me think of LA not "the valley of the sun".

I do like the colors though.

Wasn't there something about the jersey switch to Jumpman from Nike about switching also the Nike logo to the Jordan Jumpman logo?

EDIT: maybe ONLY the Statement jerseys? https://www.nba.com/news/nba-statement-edition-uniforms-jordan-brand-jumpman

What if it said "In the Sun" the same size as "The" below "Valley" and the # and everything was in the same font?
