Really? ... he can pass better because he finally understands the shell drill? Wow

I’ve heard around the league that teams fear the Wolves

Might be crazy, but I really think Reid will be good and Vanderbilt will be really good.

We need to stabilize the bench unit with
1) backup PG
2) shooters
A bench unit with Reid-Vanderbilt-Layman-Okogie-JMac with good coaching and some continuity might work for us.
P.S. That pass from Reid!

HaHa!! Heavens no ... we're still marshmallows of the league and will prolly will squander away another couple years. We seriously need some legit gamers on this team. Looking at the draft - who can we say is a legit gamer that holds himself accountable and can help change the competitive culture of the team?

Nowell was really solide for Iowa last year and it's not that uncommon for a second-round pick to start in the G League, find success and then help the parent club the following year. Nowell's potential growth is another reason I don't see Minnesota looking for a SG in the offseason.

I guess I need The Athletic subscription
It's cheap if you want it. I'm not personally interested.
