all the teams are eliminated they don't have anything else to?
I think we need to start negotiating our salary. I demand the ability to and1 a post twice.

I'm a bit confused about Brian Windhorst. He mentions "Poor Tyler Herro" and how LBJ routinely switched onto him for scores, which was apparently a big reason he was a -30 in the game. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't even remember LeBron scoring on Herro when he was switched? Obviously not a matchup we want, but I hardly think that was the reason we got flogged.
Maybe Windy is getting Herro and Duncan confused? I dunno. Basically, we were close - then their shooters got hot and blew it open and from there it was a paint parade and offensive rebounding dunk and flex fest.

I think you're right, Ty's low points were his turnovers/decision making not defense on lebron

Sounds like Fatty was too busy typing the article and not watching the game.
IIRC LeBron attacked Drob a few times with little resistance. He didn't even have a good game offensively and he definitely stayed in the game longer to stat pad. They were up like 30 points and he got mad at D Green for missing a wide open corner 3. what a guy

Bam on AD. It has to happen. We can't try and defend this dude with 6'5" Jae Crowder, it's not gonna work. Bam has to take the assignment and try and limit him. If Bam isn't gonna put up 20 a game or be dominant offensively, he needs to do his bit on the defensive end and make AD work. Put Crowder on Dwight and force him to beat us, and gang rebound the defensive boards. Can't be all up to Bam on the glass.
Rotation wise (i'm gonna assume Dragic is out for Game 2):
PG: Nunn / Herro
SG: Robinson / Iggy
SF: Butler
PF: Crowder
C: Adebayo / Kelly O
Tighten it to 8 man rotation. If Duncan isn't sniping and getting abused defensively, we need to call it and pull him earlier. It sucks, but it's necessary. I'd sacrifice his elite spacing for decent spacing if it meant we weren't giving up a certain 2 on the other end.
For defensive matchups on LBJ, rotate Butler, Crowder and Iggy on him. Solomon if we really, really (REALLY) have to...but preferably lets leave it to those 3. DJJ too slight to hang with Lebron, this doesn't look like a good matchup for him unless we go zone.
If they've got duel bigs out there, we need to see more Bam and Kelly frontcourt. Kelly can drag their big away from the paint as they have to respect his shooting ability, but he's big enough to atleast contend inside. Plus he has weird hot games from time to time. If he's playing drunk, bench him, but in this series I think we need him.
Nunn looked good. He came in and made a difference offensively. You'd imagine they'd be ready for him next game, but if Gogi is out, he obviously will get a long look. Whether that's off the bench (with Herro starting) or vice-versa, he's earned an opportunity off the back of today. I'd prefer to leave Tyler in his more comfortable 6th man role for now, given Nunn started a lot during the szn.
I don't think we need to panic and force Meyers in. He hasn't played in so long and looked chit when he did. The stakes are too high to put him in with consequential minutes right now.
This is going to be tough. We would've matched up with the Clippers or Nuggets better, but hey, LA is the best in the West. We can hang with these guys - we just have to believe it ourselves. Confidence would've taken a hit today, but put it behind us and be ready to bounce back. This is a series. It's a war.
