Yea it’s a gamble that some contemplated, but aren’t ready to take from my discussions with other GMs. I love it though, cause let’s just say I miss out on some of the “eddy curry’s” then I’ll still have a lot of money, and that’s always valuable in this game. Having a few bird right guys, and a high FA rating is pretty cool though.

The regular season would be starting in three weeks normally, I think at this point in time we've all had fatigue and we're going in circles with the debates/arguments. Hoffa is two days away from starting to write free agent profiles for next years free agents at this rate.

Just imagine an actual team heading into the draft literally only having one player on the roster just because he can't be traded and a draft pick. I love me some poker, but these are some high stakes you're playing.

I think the released guys like Green/Wall are the guys to keep an eye on. I do believe most teams are going to resign their key players, it's going to be a lot less noise when the time actually comes.

Better rebounder, passer, three point shooter. For what I'm trying to do, Love is everything that I hope that Lauri would be, Lauri is coming off a down year in real life. For me the only thing Lauri has over Love is age, but in two years there's a possible reset that'll happen due to the free agents. For my bombs away offense, Love is the perfect center.

I never get emotionally attached to sim players. It’s strictly business at the end of the day. Some would question me for trading Westbrook after winning finals mvp.

I didn’t like it for you. It’s probably because I had Love in year one of this game and he frustrated the crap out of me. I just feel he’s on the decline and injury prone. I would’ve just kept Lauri, but I’m assuming you shopped him and didn’t get a bette offer? Love could turn out to be a sim beast for a bit, but the window is very small imo.

Perfect example of me trying to build a team for this sim. Love is coming off a season in which he played 77 games, so I don't think he'll be injury prone in the sim. Didn't even shop Lauri, just loved the fit with Love as my center. He played next to Horford with the Bucks, for us all the rebounds will belong to him. I think we've all had experience in which we couldn't get a something out of player, for me it's been Gallo, Fournier, Hield etc. I'm not expecting him to be a walking 20-10, just way to much firepower now for some teams and I'm completely abandoning defense.

I love having a lineup in which all five can dribble, pass, shoot and hit the three. Just missing the final piece now.

Nah, not saying you should be attached to any player. But you say someone is staying in Golden State then trade them immediately after. This is like the third time you've done this, this offseason alone (Adams, Shamet, somebody else I'd have to think on).

With the sim you never know what’s gonna happen, but I didn’t see Lauri being traded two or three times. I get it he had a down season, but 14/7 at 23 yrs old on a team that lacks vision irl, I’m wondering what people are expecting from him this early.
