W/ KP having another knee surgery, I bet the Mavs will be very careful w/ him and rest him some during the season. he's never played a full 82, so we can probably assume he'll only play 70 games at most

w/ the West being as tough as it is, we could be a prolonged injury to Doncic away from another lottery pick next season. Unlikely yes, but still the West is no joke: Lakers, Clippers, Nuggets, Rockets, Jazz, Warriors are already virtual locks w/ teams like the Pelicans and Suns on the upswing (and Grizzlies when JJJ gets back) and don't count out the Trailblazers

we don't even know if the season will be 82 games, probably not

The reason I was hoping that a Ben Simmons to Minny trade happens is that this could practically make all teams in the West in contention to make the playoffs.

if KCP and Green and the lakers role players are hitting there shots Miami got no chance then Lebron and AD will just feast with 1 on 1 coverage.
