The reason he fell to the second round was because he has no offensive game to speak, he's a lob threat and that's it on offense.

Go ahead & reread my comment more thoroughly, so as to avoid redundancy going forward

Does Deni have the potential to be better than Tyler Herro ?

They're completely different type of players. Deni does not have the scoring upside ceiling that Herro has.

Overrated, he's a good energy bench big that doesn't have an offensive game outside of catching lobs. Also needs to get physically stronger and stronger on the boards but that will come with time.

Herro has more shooting upside, that’s not the same thing as scoring upside.

Reddish went from overrated to underrated. Was extremely good defensively all season and his offense went from (admittedly) abysmal in the first part of his rookie season to really quite impressive towards the latter half.

I'm higher on him now than I was at draft time (didn't want him at 7).

Would I trade 4 for him? Probably not.

Yea, I hated Reddish coming out but he got better and better as the season progressed.

He a prime example of why the draft is hard. You never know what athleticism and a drive to get better can do to a player.

Crazy talk how about the Bulls trade Wendell Carter to the Warriors for the number 2 pick and draft Ball. Then trade their 4 back to Boston for 14, 26 and 30.

Warriors get a center that fits well with winning now as well as development for the future. Plug and play quality starter.

Celtics get Obi Toppin and round out their core with a plug and play starter. They don't need 3 rookies to develop they're to close to being a championship caliber team.

The Bulls require the most development they get a target player in Ball to play in a three gaurd rotation that Donovan is good at coaching. At 14 they could look at multiple options Vassle if available or Kira Lewis. Then combine 26 and 30 plus 2nd round pick to get Aleksej Pokusevski where ever he lands. Sign a relatively cheap option like Marc Gasol to replace Carter. Now they can develop with a wider window and go in multiple directions.

1. Wendell for the #2 is terrible value for the Warriors
2. Bulls trading #4 for #14, #26, and #30 is terrible value for the Bulls

There are people on this board who argue he's got enough value to convince the Warriors to trade down. I hope that answers the question.

Trading #4 in a already weak draft is a terrible move. I don't understand the fascination with doing that. Draft the best player on the board and keep it moving...

Herro has more shooting upside, that’s not the same thing as scoring upside.

He has more scoring upside too.

Deni has no shake whatsoever.

"Shake" isn't the only way to score and Herro cannot do a lot of the things Deni can similar to how Deni cannot shoot the way Herro can.
Herro does not have more scoring upside, he's just the rage right now. Just like when people make the asinine comments that Herro is already a better player than Zach.
