So many clickbait videos up about the Clippers already having decided on a new coach... This wait and all this fake news is driving me crazy...

with some of these clowns being considered, I wonder why they haven't spoken to D'Antoni (or maybe they have). I don't want him, but he is better than some of these options. However, he'd probably want Kawhi to play center though

I really like Sam Cassell. I would definitely be enthusiastic if they hired him. I think he is very smart and a good teacher. I also think he wouldn't be afraid to get in the face of guys if they need it.

i like him for sentimental reasons but besides that i do think he has the right qualities to be a good HC.

really hard to say how he'd fare on an x's and o's level, though. kind of why i think the team might just go back to lue, because there is legitimate history there for him.

True- the fact that Cassell has never been a head coach makes his qualities a little mysterious. I think he would do well, but there is no track record to go on. I'd be willing to take the risk though. I don't know what the players think of him for sure, but I think he is more respected figure than Lue.

From everything I've seen or read, the players seem to really like and respect Sam. And like some have said already, he's not afraid to challenge the players AT ALL
