He was called on and asked questions. Even if he wasn't it pales in comparison to the obnoxious crap spewed by clippers role players and bench warmers.. Hell even the water boys.. Hell, celebrating when the opposing wins games with champagne

About the podcast itself - Amazing to listen. Hopefully we get a documentary on the entire Bubble sometime down the line. Would be awesome.

I think it was just disgusting how some Clippers‘ guys represented the franchise. Especially PG13 whom i really really dislike. Beverley is just Dudley in a less obese package. However i dont think that one bad bunch justifies to act on the same level. Its just not professional in my opinion. Would you want this to happen in your work environment? Just beacuse they are professional athletes they dont have to act like children / douches. That includes PG, Beverley but also Dudley and eveyrone else who goes public kicking a team thats already on the ground.

I would agree with you if the Clips were down and humble or even silent after the loss. However, on hearing that they didn't stop being obnoxious (the celebrating with champagne part when LA lost games - listen to the podcast). Also, like I said, he wasn't really disrespectful or pouring it on the clippers in the podcast. He just dished honestly. Was really cool. Listen to podcast please.

65 minutes of Dudley dropping golden nuggets.

another 75 minutes of normal bill simmons podcast

The way he described Rondo makes it clear why he failed in Dallas under Carlisle. Says Rondo when he's locked is going to deviate from the gameplan when he sees something he wants to attack without necessarily telling anyone and it can be hard for teammates to accomodate. High IQ player but a coach who wants to move the chess pieces won't be too down with that

you are describing old Carlisle. New Carlisle wouldn't have a problem with the way he operates . They asked Carlisle a question about luka, I can't remember the exact question but his answer was....I just get out the way. He's changed, and he's better for it.

Why would clippers players really be celebrating this? Such a damn troll to even put some garbage out there. Dudley is still salty that GM/Coach jackass Doc Rivers traded his ass away and supposedly played him while injured. Whatever the case Dudley has been salty at the clippers every since and he needs to take that energy to the 76ers now

Haven't watched yet but how many times did Simmons try to sneak in a discussion about the 08 Celtics?

this aged well. i'm still waiting for kawhi to win his 1st legit fmvp. the first one came as a role player for the spurs where lebron was the clear-cut best player in that series. he then left joined the raps who already won 60 games without him and they were fortunate that their father left the conference so that finally opened their path to the finals where they caught a massive break when the servant and klay got hurt. kawhnot is the fake robot who has always played on superstacked teams without having any pressure to perform unlike the real terminator known as legoat who is still the clear-cut best player in his 17th/18th season.

Lmao. When you behave the way the Clippers did all season, guys are going to laugh at you when you choke. I guarantee you they were far from the only team laughing at the Flippers.

He is basically talking about the bubble experience of players being so close from other teams in proximity. They'd come back to the hotel and hear the Heat doing karaoke and **** lol. LeBron and him watching The Last Dance and LeBron admiring Jordan. Funny Dwight stories about Six Flags and his collection of snakes. Rondo's amazing knowledge of the game from watching film and how they would pinpoint when Harden would do certain moves. It's a lot of information to give. I'm 50 minutes in and it's been great. Dudley is willing to say literally ANYTHING so he is kind of spewing a lot of information, even saying LeBron flops and acts hurt sometimes to set up for more calls since he doesn't get as many as he should. He's kind of blabbing a lot of info that maybe he shouldn't, but it's entertaining.

Listen to this yesterday, very great insight from Dudley. The bubble experience is surely much different than any things players have experienced before.
And at the end I was just lmao at two salty Celtics fans

I get why people may dislike some of the Clippers players. However, many teams have obnoxious players. I understand the disdain for Pat Beverely in particular, but I don't get the hatred of PG13. He had several subpar games in the playoffs, but what exactly has he said to deserve such tremendous vitriol?

However, people have to understand that the Clipper fans have suffered greatly. What a loyal fan base to stick with them through such letdowns. Clipper fans- more than any fan base I can think of deserve to have a very successful team- hopefully a championship. It is hard being a Clipper fan in LA. It is tiresome hearing "The city needed this (the Lakers winning it all)"- well Clipper fans certainly didn't need it and we are part of the city!

Well worth the listen. More insight to the behind the scenes workings and thinking than you will probably get from any other place than being in the lockerroom of the bubble itself.

Clippers thing was just a small irrelevant piece really and undermines the quality of this interview.

Great podcast episode. As others have said, Dudley was great and listening to Bill Simmons rant about the Lakers was even better.

Clippers are lucky Luka and KP were hurt, otherwise they'd have been even more embarrassed getting sent out in the first round.
