The Supreme Court cannot act as a super legislature even though it has on many occasions. We're going to pack that Court and the D.C. Cir. Court too. Not to worry.

I'll handle the judges. :)

No weed in it????? WTF? Then you better call your guy. Get some sativa and stay away from the kush for now. And that's my medical opinion.

So what about Trump organization getting hundreds of millions of dollars for events at his properties from middle east, east Asian and Russian business and government associated people the whole time he's been in office? Let alone all the money they laundered through his properties before he got in and is still going on? He still owes over a billion to foreign banks so what sort of hold over him do they have?

What about all the foreign business deals his family has been signing all over the world after he said they wouldn't? What about the exemption he got from the trade war he started with China for his daughter's company while the China govt granted her IP and trademarks worth billions which are virtually impossible to get as a non-Chinese company?

He's been bilking hundreds of millions by overcharging the American people for accommodations and extras for the Presidential entourage at his own properties as he's golfed hundreds of times during his term. This ok as well?

But he gets to float these conspiracies about Biden's 'corruption' while all this goes on and the main stream media is silent on it? He's defrauded the American people for hundreds of millions and made billions off his term in office for his organization but not a peep out of it on any of them but 'he says mean things so him bad'.

This is bizarro world.

Sounds like these budget limits and further restrictions regarding background checks for security clearance that you would like to be applied to Trump need to be addressed at a congressional level.
Your position is at the very least hypocritical. My only purpose in this thread is to highlight Biden's corruption which is being ignored or outright being lied about in this thread by several posters.

Hopefully this moves forward. These communication platforms should not be permitted to continue selectively censoring information while hiding behind the claim they are not a publisher.

I haven't said anything about budget limits or restriction so the charge of being hypocritical seems like someone has been believing their own spin. Yes, they are all corrupt but anything Hunter Biden has done in the past is a fraction of what Trump and his family is currently doing.

Trump has 50% of the population against him, and the majority of the media.
I prefer him to continue 4 years under their wrath than to give into the DNC's game.

Until, the DNC stops nominating from a preselected group of candidates against the will of the people, I will not support their pony.
At least RNC had to throw in the towel and rally behind Trump once he overwhelming won the primary election.

Just imagine losing to Trump, one of the most fallible candidates ever, twice. How terrible is the DNC and their ilk for that to happen.

So it's ok that the most deluded, lying, cheating, fraudulent, corrupt, hateful, bigoted President that ever was in office continues to destroy the country because that'll teach what to who exactly? There's a phrase 'cutting off the nose to spite the face' but this is more like blowing off your head to spite your nose.

Imagine thinking this makes you a free thinker

I mean, you don't have to cause you do think that, but still

Always the ones who think themselves too smart to be fooled that are most easily taken in by propaganda.

Wouldn't removing the filibuster and passing actual laws alleviate this?

Yeah I mean it’s just a pity party of self loathing. If only there was something that could be done like work to ELECT THE ONE PARTY that actually wants to pass laws that you want and to help people. I couldn’t imagine just giving up. I have no doubt that a 6-3 Supreme Court will attempt to legislate from the bench, but there are limits to what they can do without completely ruining their credibility. And if you’re worried about lawsuits, then vote for Democrat attorney generals and state legislatures.

Giuliani getting duped by Russian bride troll network to spread fake news doesn't surprise me one bit.

I don't know why everyone is so mad about the town hall situation.

The more Trump goes on TV, the worse things get for him.

Is Mark Burnett hand picking the audience and feeding Trump pre-screened softball questions designed to make him look good?

But I basically agree.

I won't watch either one of them. I don't really know why anybody would. I will watch the 3rd debate though.

Then maybe I’m nuts. I mean Rudy prosecuted all those mob cases. He was THE U.S Attorney for the Southern District of New York, probably the most important in the Country. He couldn’t be that naive, could he?
