I could see Ainge doing Smart, Brown, RWIII, Romeo, Semi, 14, two more FRP for Harden and Tucker. Then dumping Kanter, Poirier to end dropping 3-5M from our cap overall.

Feels like too much, but just what I could see him doing.

Any deal that involves Brown or tatum to Houston for Harden is too much. And honestly, if that's a non starter for Houston, I don't even care. I respect hardens star power even if I dont respect his game. But you want him to play alongside Brown and tatum, not alongside kemba

Houston isnt trading a guy who has finished top 3 in the MVP race 5 of the last 6 years and not receiving Brown. Its more than okay to balk at the price. But its beyond foolish to act like its possible to pair him with Brown and Tatum— might as well speculate on how we can add Giannis to that trio as well at that point.

Also, let’s not lump Jaylen and Tatum together as pieces. In the NBA there’s a MASSIVE difference between a very good player, and a legit championship #1. Realistically speaking, Tatum is untouchable, Jaylen is not. I’m not saying you dump him for a bum, but if you can get a legitimate superstar, you do it. Depending on what the other pieces are, of course.

They have been openly talking to teams to see about moving up for Wiseman with San Antonio. They have also reached out to Orlando about Bamba.

He said move up to SA's pick though, which is 11. It's true that there's been some real chatter that Wiseman is going to fall. Guess we'll see though.

I don’t know about pairing Tatum with Harden. I’m just sick with all the isos we’ve been doing, and having Harden would triple that iso offense. I think Harden would stunt Tatum’s growth. Not unless you guys think Jayson ain’t ready to take that next leap, then by all means get that prolific scorer without defense. If by any chance Danny really wants Harden, then Kemba needs to go as well. Harden plus Kemba would be a disaster back court tandem. Harden needs to be the point guard. and we need R.Will to play the role of what Capela used to do. Catch lobs and defend the paint. I think Jaylen should take a leap next season. He has the makings of an elite 2way player, like in the mold of a kawhi leonard. We should just trade Kemba for a good bigman, and a scorer off the bench. I would be pissed if we trade jaylen, then ge suddenly takes a leap.

I would do that deal! Kemba healthy or not makes no difference. He will continue to be a liablity defensively, and teams will continue to target him especially in the playoffs.

Well he’s a legit 7’0. An athletic big that can defend the paint and an improved outside shot. Definitely has an upside especially if given the playing time.

I understand the "Harden is a top 5 player" argument for going after him. But, man, when was the last time a top 5 player was as flawed as he is? Talent aside, I really wonder if he'll ever win a title as the top guy on his team.
