All around great games this week. The game that got my attention the most even over 49ers vs Rams is Brady vs Rodgers in Tampa.

I think the NFL, overall, is doing pretty well with COVID. Sure, problems with 2 or 3 teams, but that's it so far through almost a third of the season.

Given that there like 1,600 players, 26 teams with no positives, and of those 6, an avg of 1.5 per team, I don't think that's bad. That would be the equivalent of like 2 or 3 NBA players across the teams testing positive, like 1 per team.

If it starts to really hit multiple players on multiple teams and spreads to more, than I would be concerned about it really impacting things. I think things might get worse since they are everywhere, but at the same time, I expect teams and players to be even more cautious.

College football is where it is really bad, with like 30 canceled games this week, and Nick Saban testing positive Wednesday and still coaching on the sidelines tonight.

nfl is teetering on the edge, if they can push through this covid phase of a few per team at a time (and get back to none like the first couple weeks) then they'll probably be fine but it can turn the other way really quickly

apparently dru samia, worst right guard (maybe starter) in the league is out today. so now we'll get to see how good the vikings 3rd string guard is
