There is wilt...

Then the rest... not close...

Wilt AVERAGED 50 PTS AND 25 RBS IN A SEASON... HAD 26 BLOCKS IN A GAME... HAD MORE 50 POINT GAMES THAN JORDAN, LEBRON, KOBE, HARDEN COMBINED, 55 REBOUND GAME AGAINST HOF RUSSELL, ....STILL HOLDS 72 NBA RECORDS...

Yes as it turns out, based on mathematical principles and mathematic laws 38 points is not 40. So no, I do not see a "back to back" 40 point games. And anyway, LeBron still did more. I can reply back with, "Are you really going to ignore LeBron's 34-12-10 on 55%" in the 2017 Finals? I get that Kyrie was a special scorer, but LeBron still scored more so what does that say?

You got owned, man. Stand up to it. You talk without even doing the slightest bit of homework, and we all know people like you will pretend Bron carried AD in the bubble to the title two or three years from now. Its always the same ol' song, which is why noone with a bit of self esteem wants to play alongside bron. Stans will always try to exaggerate what he did and try to tell us his team mates are awful and useless.

1997 Kerr and Refs. Kerr made the shot refs didn't call the goaltend on Pippen

sucked - its not explanation, every finals loser sucked in this case. Paxon and Kerr were assisted by MJ, Allen and Bosh saved Lebron after his miss. injuries in 96 - elaborate, plz? about refs - its subjective, you could argue refs favor Lebron in every possesion.

What's the argument for LeBron if you never saw him play?

In 2040 there's going to be the Jordan generation vs LeBron generation but the 20 year olds in the future who saw neither will end up the majority vote over time.

Since you consider "lockdown seasson and bubble season" as an explanation, Blazers sucked is a solid one. The explanation is that they sucked.
Btw its PAXSON with an S and he was assisted by Grant not MJ. McMillan was injured in 96. It's not subjective i'm talking about certain calls at the end of the games and you knew nothing about them. Which, in addition with your spelling of Paxson saying that MJ assisted Paxson and being ignorant about the McMillans' injury, proves that you never actually saw these games. Why do you even wanna talk about it. Start from the beggining watch the games and at least learn the players' names before posting a comment.

I'm sure OP along with the bandwagoners envisioned a very very different result here

I was thinking, it would actually be interesting to know who had his mind changed to the better or worse in terms of MJ vs. LeBron after this season (you know, tampering another top 5 player into LA, being carried to a title and then stealing the finals MVP by numbers chasing in the last few games). But its obviously impossible to make a normal poll, the forum being overrun by stans right now. So is there some comparable poll from last year i wonder? How was the sentiment going into this season?

I'm sorry but I must have missed that thread. LOL. The chase is over when Jordan had more MVPs, more RINGS, better stats, better skills and fundamentals (something that LeBron can never have over Jordan), and many more. What gives? LOL.

Sorry but you LeBron fans bringing the standard down will NEVER work.

That was a bad take but I see that you are full of excuses:
preldzic wrote:2011 - first time in the playoffs with a new team

- So? Is it our fault that LeBron held hands with Bosh and Wade? Excuse number 1.

preldzic wrote:2014 - incredible record setting Spurs offense

- So? So should the Spurs just play pathetic basketball? Excuse number 2.

preldzic wrote:2015 - first time in the playoffs with a new team, Kyrie injury

- So? Is it our fault that LeBron chose jump ship again because he thought that he can't win in MIA anymore? Kyrie's injury is legit though.

preldzic wrote:2017 - GSW stacked, Big 4

- So? KD one-upped what LeBron did in MIA. This take is hypocritical.

preldzic wrote:2018 - GSW stacked, Big 4

- Again, so? KD one-upped what LeBron did in MIA. So if LeBron can jump teams, KD can't? That is LeBron's karma.

i really don't get why the mods are allowing so many MJ vs Lebron threads. It's the same conversations over and over that clearly goes no where every time. Everybody has their mind made up on who their favorite of all time, and when you present facts to one side the other side either doesn't read it, or they do but it goes out the other ear just like that before they parrot the same exact arguments all over again in that same thread and others. Yes I'm very much talking about Lebrons side because there is absolutely no legit argument for Lebron over MJ at this point.

While posting on both the GB and the PC Board I gotta say I trust 10% of the PC board more than 100% of the GB.

Yeah no. There were some pretty dubious names in that pc poll.
