I don't see Mannion as a first rounder. Just to many pg's that seem to be above him. Also if your a team picking that late chances are you don't want to take a chance on a project guard. Probably more looking for someone that can help right away and those good teams have playmakers already. See him more as a second rounder.

Tillman though can come in and give you 15-20 minutes off the bench right now.

In this draft a 2nd rounder could end up being just as good as mid to late 1st rounder, it’s really all a crapshoot in this draft more so than any draft in a long while.

Yeah and there were definitely a few guys who slipped past that who could have easily went higher and I would not be surprised to see go much higher in real life draft.

there is no summer league this year, no g league season, these guys are not getting burn in real games, and you look at most rosters top 8/9 rotation slots are filled

summer league is glorified pickup ball. Knox dominated summer league.

These guys have actually had more time than any other prospects to focus on the draft and translatable NBA skills. For example without a long layoff I doubt guys like Hampton/Maxey would have been able to improve there draft stock with re-working there jump shot. The guys with work ethic will show.

might be the opposite.
They talking about condensing the season to have 70 games between January and May. Could be 4 games a week.
