good but why did they push the draft so far back....less than a month to get rookies acclimated?

yeah, does it really take that long to figure out what the cap should be? they should already know what their revenue was from last season b/c the season is over. IMO they should keep the cap flat for a few years, but it would probably benefit the Knicks if they lowered the cap forcing teams w/ big $ commitments to shed contracts

I was hoping they'd have a "summer league" like usual inside the Disney bubble but that doesnt seem to be on the table, another way the delete-8 kinda get screwed b/c the 8 are more likely than the other 22 to be playing summer league players during the regular season

...yeah but clearly they shouldn't plan around LeBron. the NBA finals ratings were a joke. the later the season starts, the f*'d up the schedule gets in the future, and ratings aren't good in the summer

This is the type of move I'd at least expect from a rebuilding team. Not one that obviously has title aspirations next season. WTF.

I mean Nash nor Amare have NBA coaching experience and they are now going to just jump into it just because they were former teammates?
