That 1 year deal is so good. That Boogie exempt bid ended up working in NE favor. Now still in the siakam sweepstakes next summer.

GS had to land the last pseudo superstar left on the market. I'm sure GS didn't expect this offseason but knowing him I doubt this is the team that ends the season in GS. Lets see if he can manage this team to keep them in striking distance in the west before all his players are eligible for trade.

Wondering how long it’s going to be before he trades for LeBron/JJ Redick’s contract...can’t see 2010 bring to pleased with how the offseason went with his Raps. Hoffa really got in his head.

Appreciate it man. Super excited to get him after missing out on Booker. Obviously his future beyond a one year deal is unknown, but I think we’re guaranteed another great year from Wall in the sim. Statistically, sim wise he had a better year than our former PG, Westbrook too.

I have no plans to pursue to Siakam at the moment tbh. He’d really have to convince me of that in the coming season.

I don't see it that way. He choose between keeping Redick over Rose. He chose right IMO. Redick and Harris (for cheap) make a lot more sense next to LeBron then Rose.

Besides Dallas, and probably the tankers, no team really ever ends the season with the same team they started with. And I’m not done yet. This is all ground work. But once I am, our team will be amongst the top in the West.

Idk about that. I like my situation, and besides that 2010 is really committed to LeBron, and I have no interest in Redick.

I will not question you as you proved last year. It will have it challenges though because a few teams out west got tougher and GS has mostly the same squad minus LMA (who was so good) and swapping Westbrook for Wall.

He had to have thought he would be able to land John Wall by putting Boogie on the Exempt List...he obviously was trying to keep/land as much talent as possible.

Prioritizing the shooting of Redick made sense when you thought nobody would outbid you for Wall. I think he was targeting the wrong player with that exempt money...he should have been all-in on Aldridge to replace Boogie (nobody was offering Aldridge anywhere near $300 or a multi-year offer that a $300+/1yr deal wouldn’t beat) and used Rose’s bird-rights to go over the cap. But Hoffa had him shook.

Now LeBron has GOT to be developing an exit strategy...He ain’t trying to end his career in the North when their direction is taking him south.

I was hoping 2010 landed Wall on that 1 year exempt deal and then would of swooped in and grabbed either boogie or wall once he had to drop 1 after Boogie signs a deal in real life, which will happen
