Besides Dallas, and probably the tankers, no team really ever ends the season with the same team they started with. And I’m not done yet. This is all ground work. But once I am, our team will be amongst the top in the West.

I don't see it that way. He choose between keeping Redick over Rose. He chose right IMO. Redick and Harris (for cheap) make a lot more sense next to LeBron then Rose.
