If you want to learn more about the legal implications of that decision, watch Seder's interview of Mark Hasan, below:

Didn't Fox News lawyers were explaining to the judge that Fox News viewers understand that Tucker Carlson was an opinion-based show and not actual facts? Or did they say it was like satire?

Fox News likes to confuse their viewers by mixing in their "straight" news (laughable) with their commentators like Hannity and Carlson.

But MSNBC does the exact same thing, with Maddow and Chris Matthews (used to be, now fired because of his idiocy), who are straight up bull artists.

I mean you can attack Fox News for the morons they put on to spew their propaganda, but remember MSNBC did this:

I think there is no way Trumps gonna Graciously admit defeat even if he’s getting destroyed.

They count those small ass states first I think which Trump will win and he’s gonna declare victory early and say the other states are all fraudulent.

It won’t lead to him winning or then changing the real outcome but it’s gonna cause chaos with his cult followers who will follow him to the end of the earth

Don’t stress but don’t give up yet either. Do some text and phone banking if you’ve already voted. Convince other people to go and vote. Push this over the finish line and turn Ohio and Texas blue.

But 538 has different numbers with one poll showing McSally up within the margin of error.

Even worse are the idiots who claim Fox has the same amount of journalistic integrity as CNN or MSNBC or that Maddow is equally lacking in professionalism when compared to sub-humans like Carlson or Hannity
