i don't hate the move for all parties but it does even enhance the point that the conley trade made absolutely no sense at the time. Now he has FVV which basically makes conley useless.

I don't rate Conley as high as Robin did apparently but he still should be good in the sim. IRL it would be a diff story though with trades.

Also FVV is a combo guard.. can play next to Lowry, i'd play him next to Kemba, I'm sure playing next to Conley is totally fine too. Also over $300 in FA next year + two first rounders for Robin next year.. ain't mad at the position he's in even though it obviously couldve been better

I think the FVV works next to lowry because Lowry is a damn pit bull and can guard bigger guys because he is thick. FVV next to another smallish guard probably doesn't work as well.

I'm just saying when you do all that work to move Wall and trade that asset to turn around and tie that up with Conley probably wasn't a good look. Factor in he now has like $350 tied up in PG's (conley and payton) when FVV is the best one making peanuts. That is great cap allocation.

But to be fair this is probably the best value for value deal he's made thus far. I have been pretty critical of the deals he has made but at least in this one he pulled in some real talent to trade Ingram so at least I can understand this one.

the morant/edwards/engram/JJJ is a really nice young core that is on the way up. Probably a legit playoff contender and can grow in the future.

hoffa went from a deep team to basically being 6 man deep really...probably would have been nicer to execute that trade earlier so he could have scooped up some better fitting players but now hes got to get that depth back with that $200 remaining.

It was one of those moments where I was like this actually might work for all parties.

I know phish ended up pretty happy because he didn't think deni would be there at #5 originally so I think he got the wing he wanted. All parties seemed pretty happy and you made a compelling argument to move WCjr which we will see as time goes on if that was the right move.

Edwards was #2 on my board and #1 as a shooting guard...It's in his hands and I agree he needs to get that support along with playing time- regardless- I think he will reach his potential ...just my feeling...

has voice chat, video chat, and text chat. like skype but you can also stream and stuff too. i like using it way more than zoom.

I was in a bidding war for him all day 1-3 of FA and then I capped out when the bid went over my max remaining salary. I like his game though. Scrappy player who gets a lot of scoring volume although has chucker tendencies at times

Just curious. In recent history has there been a major sim bump? Like maybe a 1.5 star to 2 star to like a 3.5+ star for example. I’d have to imagine there a few guys like that. I’m sure Ingram will be nasty this year
