There aren't many scores (or movies for that matter) I enjoy more than this one:

The music in that movie is masterful, and it was like, wow, this is great, Shyamalan has done it again! Until, you scream, "ARE YOU **** SERIOUS?! THAT'S THE TWIST?!"

On the Rocks (AppleTV+) is solid. Not close to the level of Lost in Translation, but I liked it.

Borat was great. The girl that plays his daughter stole the show.

Edit: I should add that the movie is overtly political (and you can probably guess which way it leans) so might not be a barrel of monkeys funny to everyone.

The Queen's Gambit is awesome. Anya Taylor Joy is so good in this.

YES! Love Narcos.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Started Helstrom last night, its ok. I thought I read that Damion Helstrom and Ghost Rider were getting their own show together? Guess it's two separate shows. Bummer.

I put off Bly Manor for a few weeks, but now I'm finally deep into it. Wanna finish this and start Blood of Zues. After playing Hades for a month I think I'll probably enjoy it.

since I heard they're now going to fix the ending I decided to watch Dexter for the first time. Overall it's an addicting show and the storyline with the main character is very good. Note, I'm 3.5 seasons in. However, to anyone who's watched it before is his sister's character not one of the worst written and worst acted characters of a major drama there has ever been? It is so bad I almost want to quit the show just because of her. It makes Walter White's wife look like an Oscar winner. I'm honestly shocked a show on that level could let that happen and still haven't corrected it by 40 episodes in.
Resident Lillard truther since 2015.

In undergrad I was really interested in the types of entertainment that succeeded based on the prevailing mood on then-current events. Suffice to say this is impossibly ill-conceived under that framework.

Imagine writing a movie in the Great Depression about how it's 1950 and it's still the Great Depression. Probably wouldn't have sold.

It actually made me bummed. Because a series based on Space Raylen and Mando going out on adventures is maybe the greatest pitch for a series ever. We need it.

If there is a big enough buzz it'll happen but I'd rather he just get his own thing again.

The first episode of Mandalorian was essentially a sub-plot of Knights of the Old Republic and I absolutely loved it. Great start to the season.
