For reference, D'Aaron Fox revisionist on Twitter and here are the worst. Fox had one of the worst shot for a lotto point guard in years. Him suddenly learning to shoot in the NBA is an anomaly. Being compared to Fox is not a good thing.

Not awful, but DLo comp is one I made too early and its just...off. I get the size and left hand dominance, but cant shoot like Dlo (yet) and is much better as a passer and defender.

The latter is the reason he is 1A on my PG board (With Lewis as 1B).

Much better passer? hmmmmmmmm

I think D'lo is one of the best passers in the game today. I think Hayes has a ways to go to reach those levels. His shot is still inconsistent and he's way too left hand dominant, like almost to his own detriment. Maybe a young Dinwiddie with a larger ceiling

Much better defender... passing is just better.
And Im talking about DLo at 18/19 as a prospect.

I like Dinwiddie too, but again, I think Hayes defensive ceiling is a bit higher.

Doke from KU has the the highest vertical EVER for a center at 37’ he’s literally 27.5 inches above rim and dudes sleeping on him bc this small ball bull. He’s the biggest 2R asset, hell late 1R asset ever, Denver so gonna gobble him up and make fools like idiots with their 6’3–6-7 bull

Well you’re wrong to think that. D’lo is a good passer, but definitely not one of the best passers “in the game today.” There are at least 20 guys in the league who are better passers. Probably more. D’lo isn’t even a pure passer, he’s a P&R passer. A pure passer is someone like LeBron James, who can get a pass off from anywhere on the court, in any situation.

He's a top 10 passer. And Lebron is the greatest passer of all time. D'lo isn't in his realm

I think he is a guy that might be a double double threat in like 20-22mpg, and think his value is as a top 35 pick. But, until he can shoot FT he maxes out as a high end backup Center. You cant play him at the end of games and that is big.

imagine thinking Lebron is the greatest passer ever, over guys like Magic, Bird, Kidd. Pistol Pete. DLO like Lebron
Is a great passer Hayes isn’t. Hayes is similar because like DLO he doesn’t have elite athleticism so he’s crafty, plus similar build and start/stop and obviously left handed

Absolutely not pressing play on that LOL. And he's not a better passer than Lebron James, save your keystrokes at me or on youtube.

you should have just put your fingers in your ears and yelled "na na na boo boo, I can't hear you!" instead because that's exactly how you sound. Let me guess, born after 1995?

Even Larry admits Magic is a better passer. Not responding to anyone, just mentioning Magic is probably the best passer ever. But I actually think with the spread floor its harder to get off passes. Passes to the corners or behind the three point line are a lot harder than a pass 2 feet away.

Bird is a tremendous passer and is a flashier passer, but Lebron is more efficient and technical. Superior career assist / turnover ratio. Much greater assist% (more of a floor general than Bird ever was). Bird has never averaged more than 7.5 assists per game. Lebron has had 3 seasons of 8+, a season of 9 and now this year averaged 10.

Lebron is just below Stockton and Magic and in that rung with Kidd, Rondo, Paul, Nash. Bird is a tier below.

I don't know why they need to be ranked, but Kidd, Rondo, Nash and Paul were not better passers than Bird. Bird just wasn't a PG. But overall it was a different kind of basketball.
