Right. She's clueless. She will try to appease to everyone.

she's certainly not clueless. but she certainly IS a craven politician

She isn't likeable by a large %. In an election that we badly need to end this divide, I think the VP pick was the wrong move. Swap her for Mayor Pete who is a likeable guy. Now we're talking. Swap Biden for Bloomberg, this election is over with already.

Biden seems mentally slow and infirm. He doesn't in any way shape or form seem fit to be the leader of our nation.

It's funny, we have an age minimum for all of our political offices, I think an age maximum would actually be far more appropriate. Especially with how fast society changes now, we'd probably be better served these days having no one over 55 in allowed to hold political office. At this point in our history, experience can actually a detriment in many cases because things have changed so much that your past experience is often no longer relevant. To the point that it is valuable, most recent experience is most valuable, and I find it unlikely that experience after 15 years in the work force is really that valuable at all.

We'll know soon. Polls could also be off in the other direction this time, too.

For a lot of reasons, it strikes me as somewhat unlikely that polls will be off in the direction of Biden, but we'll see.

That's not really how polls work but OK.

But Biden isn’t much older than Trump though. I get people’s concern about the age element. But I do think the whole Sleepy Joe...Dementia thing is way overblown. And to a large extent is really ticks me off how people throw the dementia thing around because my mom suffers from it and I wouldn’t wish it on anybody. And I can tell you that Joe isn’t suffering from dementia.

Slightly overblown yes but this isn't up for debate with Bernie or Bloomberg for a reason. Both are older than Biden.

At their age, a few years can make a huge difference. At their age the capabilities of one guy vs another makes a huge difference.

Also, I don't think Biden has dementia (nor did I say he did). However, literally every single adult I interact with on a daily basis seems mentally sharper and more capable than Joe Biden.

Even if it's just for your local government, still got out and cast your vote. If for no other reason than your own self interests.

I live in Alabama, Trump is going to win the state in a landslide. I will still cast my vote for the presidential election and to help shape the local government and state senate.

Trump's taking the south, not just Alabama. I am voting locally, I am not voting for the president. I may be anti-trump that does not mean I have to vote for Biden.

He's not taking the south. He'll get Alabama but they're a pure Red state and they love him, almost worship him.

Of course. I'm pro Obama because of Obama alone. Majority liked Obama. I'm the opposite with Biden.

My issue is both parties have much better options that are an upgrade in almost every way over these 2. Instead we're stuck settling for 2 bad candidates.

The man has undergone 2 brain surgeries and still been able to function in congress and as VP for 20+ years. The mental side is overblown.

He does a much better job, now, of pretending to be some kind of a warrior for racial justice, which is a joke when you look at his past. Back in his prime, he made no bones about being a bigot. I mean, my goodness, his record speaks for itself.

Oh, I know you didn’t mention the dementia thing. I’m just referring to the people that have made a habit of throwing that around.

But to your point, I just don’t know that you can make a lot of someone’s mental capacity just by debates and speeches. It’s well known that Biden has had to overcome a lot in that regard and I honestly don’t see much of a difference between Biden now and Biden when he was VP.

Slightly overblown yes but this isn't up for debate with Bernie or Bloomberg for a reason. Both are older than Biden.

This isn’t up for debate with the two of them because they aren’t the democratic nominees. And in Bloomberg’s case, he was never particularly close. Had either of them win the nomination, age would have become a much bigger factor. Especially in the case of Sanders and the heart thing.

One good thing out of this election is at least they have made citizens realize voting is important. I think this election will change alot of future elections as well.

At least 87,716,621 voters have cast ballots in the 2020 general election.

Shattering old records already and I expect 160 million or more to potentially be the final tally of votes.
