Again, this does not account for any GOP votes going to Biden.

Also, the Puetro Rican vote will offset some of the Cuban Miami vote

So I would hold off on predicting FL at this point

Virginia is effectively a blue state now.

Well, "The coasts" and Richmond.

The vast middle is red, but it's not densely populated like Northern Va (more blue) and southern Va near Newport, Virginia Beach etc.
