Trump is following his "new ballots" theory because he's watching Fox and CNN for election results instead of the OFFICIAL counts from the states. The media "projects" a winner and that's what Trump has been believing as fact. However, the OFFICIALS in Arizona have not "found" any new ballots. They've simply continued to count what they always had and have been reporting updates as it comes. It's as simple as that.

AZ SOS Katie Hobbs just said there are 450k statewide and 340k of them from Maricopa county left to count....why does it seem like this number didn't shrink with the counting from yesterday?

Probably because, like most of us, you're used to turning on the TV on election night and getting the results and moving on. However, the pandemic changed EVERYTHING this year. We're not used to early voting or so many mail-in ballots. States were also not prepared for the extra work.

I understand the fear, but it's only because it's unfamiliar. It should all start to make sense by today.

Oh wow.... Gunnigle got passed by Adel for Maricopa county attorney and Tippireni fell behind Shwiekert for a house seat with both unlikely to shift again now. Local reporters saying the total left is 340k, these updates aren't clearing things up in AZ....bah

How are people saying PA is a done deal? The math shows that it is close and Philly wont put Biden over the top. I guess if all the mail in ballots lean 70% regardless of origin, then that makes sense but that's not a given. Just wondering if I am missing something besides what has been reported in the totals.

things are pretty evident, no matter who wins this election minorities have a stronger voice and will not sit around quietly like before.
What you are starting to see Minorities use the similar tactics like NFAC. Other groups will start doing this as well, this is a direct response to the far right groups and the lack of justice.

What we need it to find some common ground between everyone.

Trump's gonna lose PA and probably lose GA too the remaining votes in those areas have been going around at 80% clip in Bidens favor.

Those legal battles will be thrown out even Trump admitted it in calls to Republican senators that they're likely frivulous.

Even after all of the "good chance" talks about Biden overtaking PA or GA, I still don't feel optimistic.

This is like the Knicks being down by 20 in the fourth and then just like that, they are only down by 9 with 3 minutes to go. Sure, we have the "lead", but it doesn't feel that way.
