I expect, come Nov 18, we're gonna be drafting for someone else but if we end up keeping 24 I'd be very happy with Winston.

Maybe we could actually play some effective pnr

I want us to buy a 2nd rounder to take Wesson so bad. He has all the makings of a guy who comes in and plays his role immediately. He’s had one hell of a combine.

He's got skills, but he's awfully slow - probably even after the weight loss. I just can't see him being able to defend anyone.

Hesitate to say it but I agree. Think there's a lot more to unlock with him. Troubling collection of guards in Mississippi State and another intriguing guy in Reggie Perry soaking up the touches. Showed a lot in flashes, though.

Not gonna say I put a whole lot of stock in combine results, but the fact that Woodard killed the 3PT drills lends me to believe that his sophomore percentages (42%) from there aren't just a small-sample-size fluke, and more a sign that he's a much improved shooter with good mechanics and translatable range. So yeah, assuming we keep the pick, he's looking like my guy at this point.

We’d have to take Saddiq Bey if he’s there at 24, right?

Woodard, Winston, and Tillman remain the 3 super realistic guys I like the most at our pick. I'd probably take one of the other PGs should they slip to us as I expect them to but I'll leave them off for now because the media thinks they'll be gone for the most part.

24. Milwaukee Bucks (via Pacers)

Cole Anthony
North Carolina
Freshman
PG
Age: 20

Anthony was projected as a lottery pick but a rocky freshman season at North Carolina made scouts question whether he’s peaked in college. At this point in the draft, the reward may outweigh the risk. There’s clearly talent there and Eric Bledsoe doesn’t appear to be the long-term solution in Milwaukee.

But the last chunk of the 2019-20 NBA season was held in empty gyms. Hard to argue that Yam is not performing in an NBA-style environment according to presented footage.

I'd much rather see the "game speed" shooting drill that I think someone mentioned before. Madar did at least seem to be shooting with a bit more urgency than Quickley who was treating it like a set of free throws on his run through the drill lol. Still though, hard to read much into this. I do like Madar though.

Watching these drills, is upsets me that they don't go game speed.
