Do you believe that? It doesn't really make sense to me. Democrats are pretty much the victims of their own weaknesses as a party. The Republicans are Lucy and we're Charlie Brown.

I think the Democrats are often placed in a position of having to tell the public what they don't want to hear, but may need to hear. That's a strategy issue and also a marketing issue.

In a world that continues to be dominated by Covid-19, the economy was possibly the bigger issue. At the end of the day, enough people are selfish and vote to protect their immediate needs rather than the good of society. There needs to be a smarter way of incorporating both into a platform or there won't be enough inertia behind it to actually get legislation passed.

Republicans are much worse at compared to Dems. Listen to Mitch McConnell when he's speaking. He's always talking about what the American people want when it's not even true. Look at the polling on many of the major issues like Medicare for All, Green New Deal, Marijuana legalization/criminal justice reform, increase taxes on corporations and capital gains/dividends. Americans - but especially Democrats - favor those programs by almost 90% in some cases.

It takes far too much time and effort to follow what Mitch McConnell says - that's just not where people are getting their information.

Also, polls man. They've proven more a sideshow than science.

Anyhow ... I understand that Trump is filing meaningless and endless lawsuits to delay the inevitable. If that's what you want to wait for, then be my guest. Trump is done. Time to face facts.

FYI, the AP is the hands down the most informed news outlet on these election issues due to the simple fact that they have the most boots on the ground.

I don't ever just, give up. In anything.

Anyway, we'll see. It's not like I'm on pins and needles it's all out of my control. I don't worry about stuff I can't do something about myself. Makes no sense to do so.

Not much of a gloat. Whatever. Nothing is decided yet, YMMV as others will I'm sure. At least I'm standing here facing the fire. Don't really care about opinion just actionable facts. We'll see.

Not that Biden was going to win anyway. There is data about the early VBM returns that the Democrats are running behind of 2016 in some key battlegrounds. But I do feel a little robbed I won't get to get in an I told ya so on the current polls this is so game changing.

The IBD poll that just came out shows a 2 point drop for Biden and a 0.6 rise for Trump post Hunter Biden story and this is just the beginning of it. Watching this epic collapse develop is amazingly delicious.

BTW, I read Biden is calling a lid on public appearances from now until the debate on Thursday. That is just crazy bad behavior on the part of any presidential candidate in the midst of a nasty corruption scandal. If Trump did that he woild get absolutely torched.

If Biden was innocent he would be out in front of this arguing his innocence. Instead he is back in his basement trying to run out the clock. Hilarious.

Democrats need to start tailoring their messaging so their point gets across in one headline. The vast majority of people don’t read articles they just look at Facebook shares and twitter shares. Don’t tell me bull about per capita positivity rates have gone down over x amount of time, tell me “We’re winning the war on covid” simple as that

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating an alleged plot to attack the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia on Thursday night.

Action News has learned that police got a tip about a group, possibly a family, driving up from Virginia in a Hummer to unleash an attack at the Convention Center where votes are being counted in Philadelphia.

Action News was there as a man was taken into custody. It's unclear how or if the man is connected with the investigation.

Police say they recovered a weapon and believed they recovered the Hummer they received a tip about.

No injuries have been reported.

Yup you aren’t reaching the Trump voter. The post mortem of this analysis better be **** giving black people their props for saving the country and latinos for holding it down except for Florida. If I hear anymore about the disaffected Trump voter I’m going to **** vomit. Start showing some respect to people of color

Yep. Fck the Republicans. They can suck my dick ... figuratively speaking, of course. I don't want to tease BallSac.

Indeed.

While "Build Back Better" was simple, it was not effective. We need something that really strikes passion in voters. "Make America Great Again" was extremely effective because even the acronym is as (if not more so) meaningful as the phrase itself. I mean we're also using MAGA as an adjective. And as a federal employee, acronyms are life at work. Surely they can make something up that gets people rilled up for all the right reasons this time.

Nah, you were doing a war dance and crowing about imminent victory right up to the first votes being cast on Tuesday

Then you vanished as election night progressed when it became clear Biden would probably win and now you show up two days later pretending you weren't crapping all over this board for the past six months gloating about your certain victory like a tool

Meanwhile, the Biden supporters here chose to track the actual vote results and discuss the path to victory in adult terms, something you are incapable of

So spare us your song and dance kid, you're a grade A jackass

and it really does need to be said:
