What site do you do those trades on? Just curious for my habit. I switched from espn/realgm to tradenba.com, but always open to other ways to get my fix.

This is from tradenba.com. Trade Machine option.

Ah, ok, you must just have a different color scheme than I. Thanks!

True. I think he can:
- help us help him if there's a place he wants to go that doesn't have the requisite space to sign him outright.
- not help us, help him and opt out and sign wherever he can.
- help us, not help him and opt in and get traded at Danny's mercy, but get his 15% (which I guess helps him...).

For the first option, he may need to waive that sucker.

If we can Trade him to Indiana, I think that he'll waive his Trade Kicker.
I mean, he's got residence in Indiana, and got the 4 Kids.

Yep, I've been thinking IND, DAL, GSW as opt-in/waive teams all along. But there are some others I could see as well. I think GG's list earlier was good.

Honestly, if we could use a TPE to sign Wood I’d be happy. Kind of prefer Wood to Turner to be honest.

It wouldnt be 15% due to the flat cap and 35% max restrictions. Would be closer to 11%.

I'm still a Favors man, myself. Wood seems like any outcome is still possible when he get paid. Stud to Wiggins are all in play.

My worst nightmare is that we are worse off without Hayward this year if he leaves.

if you go way back in this thread I mentioned right after the bubble that we all needed to take into account that it could be Hayward who's the one looking for a new situation/team. Any player coming off 3 injury plagued seasons is most likely interested in a fresh start. it's just the way it goes.

Wood intrigues me. Not sure what his path to Boston would look like though.

S&T. Without Hayward, we can feasibly get cap to sign him. Giving an asset to Det to S&T for him makes things easier.

Yeah hard to trust a guy who broke out in his sixth season in a contract year on a terrible team. Could easily seeing him regressing after getting paid..

He’s 6’10 with a 9’3/9’4 reach and can legitimately stretch the floor. Is he a risk? Yes. But his metrics are pretty ridiculous [moreso when you compare his impact to the guy he replaced in Drummond] and he’s worth the shot. Only so many guys in the league with the size to defend Bam and the ability to stretch the floor.

Via Shams: Trade restrictions expected to be lifted by Nov 16. I am supposing that Hayward could opt in at that point, enabling his trade at draft time if he chose. Would open up a lot more options to us.

He doesnt want to give up his 34.6M next season or wants to go to a team without cap space

Trade restrictions are expected to be lifted prior to the draft, yes. But there's still no word on when the option deadlines are. Those usually come before FA, which they say would be 2-3 days, post-draft. So theoretically, Hayward could still opt in post-draft if deadline isn't pre-draft.
