He was the one calling us stupid for not trading up because it is stupid to do so when GSW has either Edwards and Wiseman as option.

Then he called out everyone that GSW is stupid to not accept his offer.

He is like that guy in the bar that doesn't get the hint the girl is not interested... And kept on using his "go to moves".

idk I must have missed that. Read through the thread and it just seemed like him trying to have a legit discussion with dick responses coming right back to him

Thank you. You can go back and read every post I made. Never said one bad thing about one person until Coxy came up with his Vagiclean comment. I never called anybody stupid. I just said the Warriors not anybody on this board would end up looking foolish if they don't come out of this draft with Wiseman. Either that or a trade for a star.

I'm not certain, but IMO it's more likely that the Wolves trade down to two or three than not. So if I'm wrong I have a one year ban from the Warriors board and if I'm right you have a one year ban from the Warriors board. Deal. It will be a nice year off for you Martha. :D

I really want Wiseman for what it's worth. I understand the concerns. We don't know his IQ and the dubs value high IQ guys. The Ws also have a short window and need to win now. That being said, I think the role the Ws need Wiseman to play is the easiest role for a young player to fill. My concern is pick and roll defense and the like, it's a hard thing for young bigs to pick up, especially with a shortneed offseason. But that being said I think the kid is a complete stud. Grab him

And as warriors fans, we definitely know what that is like! :)

Wiggins is an extremely negative contract. If the Warriors are winning it will take the Wolves pick and your own to move him. Maybe just the Wolves pick.

Right now, that's probably the case. Just to get to neutral value with the 3 years left on Wiggins' deal right now, we would likely need to attach either this year's #2 pick, or the Minnesota pick next year. Then to actually fetch a positive asset coming back to us, we'd need to add more value. That's why almost all of the deals suggesting we'd use Wiggins to match salary on a star coming back, we have to add both picks and even more - 1 of the picks negates Wiggins' bad deal, and then the rest of the package is actually trying to match the value for that other player.

But teams will be less averse to take on his contract if there's less time on it, since it wouldn't handicap their cap sheet for as long. And if he demonstrates that he can be a better player, that also improves the value.

Right now he's a guy who (based on what he's shown so far) probably is worth $10M/year, but he's making $30M/year for the next 3 years. So a team trading for him pays $90M for 3 years, and only gets $30M of production. So right now, the Warriors need to "pay" them an additional $60M worth of assets.

Let's say this year, with the Warriors, he shows that he's actually able to play at a $15M/year value. At the end of the year, he'll only have 2 years left. So a team acquiring him says "He'll cost me $60M over the next 2 years, and I'll only get $30M of production". So the Warriors now only have to make up $30M of assets in additional trade value, were they to trade him.

Because his contract is so negative, nobody else wants him now. But it's the Warriors' hope that they can rehabilitate his value by putting him in a position where he has a much better chance to succeed. And maybe next off-season he'd be more tradeable than he is now.

That's old news. Nobody cares about negative contract anymore as it was the talk when trading Wiggins + #2 + more for Ben Simmons + Al Horford, Bradley Beal, or Myles Turner + TJ Warren, or the wild rumors for Giannis.

Now, Wiggins isn't being included in the trade down talks, but it's the TPE + #2 for an impact player or for a vet and to trade down, i.e. get a pick in return. The Pistons look like a good team to trade with or the Knicks for LaMelo Ball. But the TWolves could be thinking the same thing. If so, then they'll draft LaMelo for trade down purposes and leave the Warriors a nice selection of picks to keep, use to trade down, or use in a later trade before the deadline.

3 guys that I’m curious if the Warriors have worked out: Okoro, Okongwu, and Vassell. They’re all probably going in the #4-#10 range, which the Warriors could end up in if they do a trade-down. Has anybody heard anything about the Warriors working them out?

(No, I’m not interested in the random media report saying they’re interested in them..... I’m interested in hearing about actual contact between the team and the players.)
If I don't have anything funny to say, can I still have a signature?

No go back and read. I said it makes sense for the wolves to trade with either the Hornets or the Dubs. I said I expect that to happen. You suggested the bet and I accepted. Are you backing down?

Minny will select Edwards, Golden State will select Wiseman, we'll keep our 2021 pick, and use your 2021 pick on another top prospect. Minny will leak an astonishing amount of points on D, continue to suck as a franchise with Malik Beasley threatening more people with guns, most likely in the locker rooms. The Warriors will win the NBA finals next year and then add a Scottie Pippen level talent with your pick next year. Your team will then move to Seattle and rebrand themselves as the Seattle Vagiclean, their new sponsors.

Get your lube ready.

Talk about being a disgusting a$$hole. I'm over here making valid points and being very civil. You sir have shown your colors.

Lol, calm down dude, I'm just playing.

Next time you try to visit another board and press your points, be prepared to move on quietly when noone agrees,

Maybe I overreacted. I'm not sure. You were cool until you posted that completely disgusting piece of trash that I responded to above. If that's your idea of funny .............................................................................................................................................................
It actually seemed like a lot of people saw I had a solid point. Not agreeing the trade will happen, but seeing that it is a definite possibility. I expect it to happen with you or with Charlotte. Just a question of who values Wiseman more. Now if you find a trade for a star this is moot.

I said Dubbs not trading with Wolves. Then you said it only makes sense Dubbs trade with Wolves. I said you go talk to Hornets and stop talking about Wolves/Dubbs trade, which I don't think management is that stupid. And you know that doesn't make sense. That is why you bring Hornets/Wolves as part of the bet. I said nothing about Hornets/Wolves trade, other than go Hornets board. So you are changing the bet because you know it is will never happen? Bet is how stupid the GSW/Minny proposal is that it will not happen. So you are backing down.

Check your reading comprehension. My whole point was that with both teams wanting Wiseman it put Minnesota in a good spot to swing a deal even if we didn't want him ourselves. Wolves are likely to trade to the highest bidder between Warriors and Hornets who both obviously are great fits for Wiseman. Never once did I say that it was only the Warriors. If you can find anywhere I said that show me. You can't. I didn't. So take your weak sheet elsewhere. I thought you had some balls and were actually going to make the bet.

Martha I'm putting you on ignore and since you don't appreciate my sound logical thoughts on this situation why don't you do the same with me. You don't want to discuss anything anyway. You just want to fight.

I apologize to this board for devolving into that stupidness with Martha. I also knew nothing good would come of posting my reaction to Coxy, but I did it anyway.

Go to the Minny board if you’re bored and propose some trad ideas. I’m sure it will go as well there as it does here.
