I have no idea what we’re talking about here..but carry on

I like some of the players currently mocked to go 4 thru 8 over the top3 guys

Okay, I don't believe in taunting a team that hasn't had much luck, but this was funny.

It's hard to respond sensibly to any thread that's months old, has hundreds upon hundreds of comments, and hasn't really had anything much new to offer in a long time. We've all been victimized by this season's delays, but it's been particularly hard on draft conversations.

I hate to say this, but thank God occasionally people argue in a less than perfect manner.

don't know if this has been posted here before but watching OO's quick feet and defensive instincts gives me second thoughts on Wiseman. Not sure if he is a potential pick at 2 or a trade down tho.

Would be great if OO could put on some weight to bang around with bigger guys. If he had Wiseman’s frame, he’d be my number 1 choice. Every video I see of OO shows that he understands the game at a high level.

6'9" 245lbs isn't small! He also looks to have a stronger base than Wiseman. Wiseman does have broad shoulders and is LONG but I worry about his lack of lateral quickness.

He isn't small, but he is very similar to the size of our existing centers. I like Okongwo, but if the Warriors are stockpiling a size of player I would prefer they play the 3.

I’ve been saying for awhile now , Wiseman isn’t the elite athlete he’s been made out to be..He’s not a leaper , his feet are slow and he lacks the quickness of mind to get a head start ..He’s no David Robinson ..

But I’d still take a flyer on him around 6 or later because he’s huge and coordinated

Okoro or bust

Draft a dog..The two guys with African names that start with Ok? Those guys are Doberman’s ..My issue with Okongwu is he has zero ball handling skill / playmaking ability from what I’ve seen..The comparisons to the great Bam13 are silly...

Who else mentioned in the top10 are competitive beasts like Okoro and Okongwu?... those 2 should have solid career’s in the NBA..Can’t say the same for Edwards, Wiseman and Ball..I don’t know if any of those 3 likes to compete ..We’ll see

I keep thinking about video where he went against the Mobley brothers. I didn’t see much fire from him. Skinny Eric Mobley snatched his soul from him that game. He got dunked on 3 times in that (high school) game. He may turn out to be okay but the Chris Bosh/David Robinson comparison’s has got to go. This is the “pick your warts” draft. And Wiseman has plenty of them.

I just watched those highlights. I would say Wiseman more than held his own. He had 17,8 and 4. He got dunked legitimately by Mobley the others were late rotations. He also dunked on Mobley and that team a few times. What is crazy to me is how these kids body change in one year.

Here's the game.

They both had their moments. Mobley seemed more under control but Wisemans had his moments too.

"Mobley finished with 13 points – including six straight during a crucial stretch late in the fourth quarter – and three blocked shots. "

"The Southern California star also held Wiseman to 17 points, eight rebounds and four blocked shots, forcing the future Memphis Tiger into tough shots."
