We can wait for someone to answer to that.

And thus, we'd probably lose him to a higher bidder.

I seriously doubt that..Warriors ownership group bought the team for 300 million..it’s now worth 4 billion ..in a couple years it will be worth 10 billion if they become the face of the Association once again..200 million here..300 million there is nothing for these guys

Toss in the fact that the dub’s owners have probably nearly doubled their net worth since the season got cancelled ..these guys are heavily invested in Silicon Valley

There’s no way the owners are struggling for money the way tilman is.

Assuming the Ws want either Anthony Edwards or Deni Avdija, then the best deal is to trade down and grab one of the two -- likely Avdija. That means who can the Warriors get to trade with the Hornets or Bulls? The rumor is the Hornets want James Wiseman. Other rumors say it is LaMelo Ball (my candidate) to Bulls, Thunder, or Pistons.

I'd be willing to roll the dice on Ball at #2 in order to trade to the Bulls. The TWolves take James Wiseman #1 to trade to the Hornets. Maybe Ws can get Lauri Markkanen or Tomas Satoransky + #4 with their TPE + #2.

Who do you think the Ws want? What would they do for a trade down and with which teams?

There is a pandemic and there are no fans and the owners are not even top 15? richest owners in the NBA. We will not pay Oubre anything more than 10mil to retain him. Like, Looney took a discount to come back to us, We did everything in our power to duck under the tax, and all this happened when there were fans in the stands and now with no fans you saying the owners will splash on unproven Oubre? When we already have 155 mil in the books? Highly doubt

NBA draft rumors: Anthony Edwards' pro day 'discouraged' front offices

"Multiple front offices were somewhat discouraged watching Edwards' performance during his televised pro day on Oct. 29, seeing sluggishness and inconsistencies with his jump shot," ESPN's Jonathan Givony reported Monday.

Nobody knows lazy like I know lazy

Edwards is just like me ..except he’s talented..sticking with my 313lb’s at 28 years old projection..

Anthony Edwards was the laziest college player of all time
But I love the kid..He’s so damn honest..And funny ..and empathetic ..

Honesty is such a lonely word
Everyone is so untrue
Honesty is hardly ever heard
And mostly what I need from you

I would be pissed if we DIDNT draft one of: Edwards, Lamelo, Wiseman, Onyeka, Okoro, Hayes, Avdija, Vassell, Haliburton lol. So pretty much Obi Toppin.

Honestly I'd probably be OK with any one of those guys (or could come around to it), including Toppin, as well as Williams. EXCEPT Ball. He is the only one that would really put me in a salty mood, if not taken for an imminent trade.

NBCS is a major site. It's to counter rumors of TWolves nabbing James Wiseman at #1 to trade to Hornets. I think Hornets have Wiseman, Edwards, and Ball in that order. MJ was a SG, so he'll come down from his owner's chair to give AntMan some pointers  . If Wiseman is gone, then likely Ws will grab LaMelo to trade down. They fight fire with fire and deal with Bulls or Pistons. At #3, Deni Avdija may be gone if TWolves make their trade.

So:
1. Wolves get Wiseman and trade his rights to Hornets for something and #3.
2. Ws get LaMelo and trade his rights to Bulls for something and #4.
3. Wolves take Avdija.
4. Ws take Edwards.

If no trade with Hornets, then
1. Wolves get LaMelo and trade his rights to Bulls.
2. Ws grab Wiseman for trade with Hornets (unlikely). Thus, they just pick between Avdija or Edwards.
3. Hornets get Wiseman.
4. Bulls take whoever is left or Wolves take whoever is left between Avdija or Edwards.

If no trade at all, then
1. Wolves take Wiseman, Ball, Edwards, or Avdija. I think they've narrowed it dow to Edwards or Wiseman. I'd be surprised if the took Ball to keep.
2. Ws take whoever is left, likely Avdija
3. Hornets get Wiseman
4. Bulls get whoever is left

Despite what happens, the Ws get who they want between Avdija or Edwards. It could be Wiseman if that's who they think is best. He also fits what they need.

Lowe Post Podcast with Givony/Schmitz

-Talk of teams being petrified to pick at the top of the draft due to uncertainty of prospects is mostly by teams in the later half of the draft, among those teams in the Top 10, there is a lot of Excitement for LaMelo Ball
-Givony is aware of multiple trade offers to Minnesota for #1, and characterizes those as much better than you’d expect given the chatter of this draft class
-So far Minnesota is rebuffing these offer, and there is a second meeting coming with Lamelo in the next week, and Givony expects Minnesota to have a workout, and if it goes well, Minnesota is likely to shut down trade talks and just pick him and keep him.
-Thinks rumors of Ball’s interviews/workouts are B.S., doesn’t know where it’s coming from, feels like Ball is lightning rod, and criticism isn’t necessarily real.

Yeah listening to that podcast now.

Said "no-brainer" that Lamelo is the best prospect. A bigger Trae Young with a sound jump shot.

Heck if he is a bigger Trae Young, the Warriors should draft him if the Timberwolves pass on him.

But he hasn't proven that in his shooting percentages so if he can't shoot, then he could be the bigger MCW (ie Michael Carter Williams).

. The information on what the teams are thinking was interesting..like the majority of the top 10 teams think LaMelo is the best option at #1..but man do they have some awful takes on the warriors..especially the #2 and Wiggins to Detroit for Blake Griffin..Holy **** ..how hoops ignorant do you have to be to like that one for GS?

They also said the warriors value the Minnesota pick they own more than this year’s #2 overall..which obviously makes total sense

Please make a trade Warriors..and include Kirk and Kent in the package if you don’t mind.
