It only has any traction IF Trump were ahead now and Biden started to close the margins due to late arriving ballots which is precisely the opposite of the actual situation. If anything, late arriving ballots only improve Biden's situation, so this is just more BS, BS and BS just like Trump idiots in one state shouting "Count the Votes!" and shouting "Stop the Count!" in another state. So I'm not taking the threat lightly. It is a threat to future elections, just not this one. It is threat to proper voting in the future, but not this one.
